[Remnants] Valheim - Step 1 and 2a

Flavor Summary:

Valheim
Valor ‒ Whenever you attack with three or more creatures/whenever this deals lethal damage to another creature, [effect].
Ecosystem:
Mountainous, with plateaus valleys and scattered fields.
What are the main races? (Iconic denoted by *)
Giant*, Human, Dwarf, Angel, Minotaur, Beast/Griffin
Are there any main cities, or is everyone living wild? Is this plane very flat or very rugged? Is this plane dark or bright?
The land is very diverse in regards to altutide. Jagged peaks and cliffs criss-cross the land, making travel very difficult to those who are ground-bound. However, the small kingdoms have set up great bridges, large enough to allow armies to cross, to span such chasms.
While several kingdoms and settlements have been set up on plateus, there are several cliffside and mountain villages. Regardless of where the cities are built, they are heavily fortified, and are always placed such that their inhabitants would have a terrain advantage in a battle. A city in Valheim is, however, incredibly large; towns are expansive, heavily fortified, and contain farmgrounds and wells within to guard against siege-tactics.
Valheim experiences a typical day/night cycle, but the weather is very unpredictable. Some if the greater storms can blacken the sky, and have been known to completely destroy fortified citadels. Although it is mostly warm, snow can be seen at various points during the year.
How do the races of this plane survive? How do the races of this plane interact?
Since time immemorial, Valheim has been split into many small kingdoms, which are at constant war with each other. The kingdoms are odds with each in terms of their ideological, religious and social practices, which means that the war will likely never end since such differences are not easily reconcilable. If ever Valheim experiences peace, it is a short lived affair that was most likely a temporary cease-fire.
Humans, Dwarves, Giants and Angels make up most of the population within Valheim's cities, with the odd Minotaur joining in. There are both mixed and race-exclusive kingdoms; the mixed have banded under a single ideology, while the exclusive have banded due to their similarities. Griffins, Pegasi and other beasts are often kept as mounts for the brave warriors. Some beasts, however, run wild and prey on unsuspecting soldiers.
In Valheim, the more glorious the fighter (the more people he has killed in battle in the name of his cause), the more revered, powerful and wealthy they are.
Does anyone on the plane feel the missing mana of Green and Blue?
Green and blue are the colors of improvement and learning. Their lack can be seen in the fact that the warring factions are in a constant state of deadlock, with none ever gaining the upper edge. Furthermore, blue is the color of progress and discovery, and green is the color of harmony and awareness, and without the two, the people of Valheim all experience terrible, emotion driven tunnel vision. They want what they want now, and the consequences be damned.
How does White feel, separated from its allies and forced to be with Black and Red?
White, alone, and faced with the most self-serving colors, has begun to conform to black and red methods to achieve its goals. Where as white is usually careful regarding what it does, in Valheim, the ends justify the means. Furthermore, although white's intentions are still mostly pure, black and red use white's motivations to further their own goals. (An example of this is the peaceful nation that is ruled by a power-hungry king.)

Proposed Mechanics:
Bloodthirst (If an opponent has been dealt damage this turn, this creature enters the battlefield with +1/+1 counters on it.)
Offensive - ability word active as long as three creatures attacked under your control this turn
Warcall (This spell costs 1 mana less to cast for each creature [you control] that dealt damage to an opponent this turn.)
Recruit [Rebel Mercenary Mech] - suggested to be more combat related, no feasible suggestion yet
