Here is my competitive Legacy deck that I used to play in alot of legacy tournaments with back in the day. Surprisingly though I have been told from some high calibur members from the source of legacy that my deck can still do pretty well in the modern Legacy metagame. Especially since its been a year since I last updated the deck. Smile

This is a pretty old decklist and thus I haven't really updated it since I stopped working on it in 2006. During that time, I loved blue search spells like telling time and impulse and probably wouldn't even think about adding sensei's divining top since it wasn't blue.

I often find running 4 decrees irrelevant to the current meta game for legacy. I thought about running 3 though. Mostly because I rather draw more useful cards that don't cost that much to cast when playing against the faster decks of the format like threshold, iggy pop, solidarity, and goblins.

Can I question the Decree count? I run 4 in any U/W control I build these days, and never regret it.
