UB Control Faeries

After playing a few aggro tribal decks, I thought I'd give a control deck a try. Format's casual with no restrictions, but I'd like to keep individual card prices not-too-expensive (so no Force of Wills, dual lands, Mana Drains). You can see my thread about the deck's development here.

Average Casting Cost is 1.3 with lands, 2.0 without. 8 black spells and 29 blue spells.
