So, hey blog. I haven't checked in with you in a while. Classes have been evil and I've been dragging my feet. I'm in need of a job but hopefully I can pick one up, at the latest by the end of the semester.

The best news I can share is that my dad may be home as early as Wednesday, or at late as Friday from Iraq! Sweet deal. Of course, this also means he's gonna get on my ass all the time. I figure the extra motivation is what I need.

Plus I have a court date in three days. Yikes. Speeding ticket. Here's hoping it's not gonna cripple my wallet or my record Slant

Anywho, onto good news again. I've become fully immersed into the Colo, and I'm thinking I wanna be a moderator, but I'm pretty sure they aren't looking for a third Colo mod. Nai and Yukora seem to be doing a good job with it. Still, I want to.

Finally, The Empire Strikes Back set is already rolling along quite nicely. I don't have a preview card for you yet, but I've been working with mysticspeculation--she's a fellow Star Wars nut and I've gotta thank her for all her wonderful help so far. Yayee!

Let's see if we can kill two posts with one stone and post up my upcoming casual multiplayer decklists. You've probably seen them before.

Well, I decided to just pay the ticket price. $138. I figured it was better to pay it than to argue in court, lose, and pay it AND the court costs.

Just today*thank god I left early as to not rush* I ran into About 4 Speed traps *cops hiding >.<* It gets annoying.

45 in a school zone, but that's just what the ticket says. I was so frazzled that it was the first number to come out of my mouth, even though I swear to high heaven that I was not going 45--it was the speed limit before the school zone, and as I saw the school, I slowed down. The only reason the cop stopped me is because I had to stop behind him and pass around him.

How much faster were you going than the posted limit? The size of the fine depends on that. If you're like 5-10 it won't be a huge deal, anywhere 15-20 is close to $100, and anything over that is monstrous.
