    Legendary Creature -- Elemental

Whenever a player would draw a card, all players draw a card instead.
Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery, each other player copies that spell and may choose new targets for his or her copy.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under a player's control, each other player put a token onto the battlefield that is a copy of that creature.

    4/4

Next: A commander with an ability that can be activated when it is in the command zone, but is more powerful when it is on the battlefield.

Good job with the tracking, you might be onto something. To remind everyone, WotC has said that KTK the SET is wedge, but the BLOCK is not. Therefore, it is entirely possible that Ugin will be playing a part, just not in the first set of the block. My idea of what we can expect is as follows:

KTK: Sarkhan and a random planeswalker appear
Dewey: Ugin and Nicol Bolas appears
Louie: another random planeswalker (maybe the Lithomancer to add connections to Ugin) appear.

For the loot list, I would advise Ignorant bliss over faithless looting. It empties you hand on command, at a good cost (1R), and lets you draw a card at the end of the turn. It means that if you have an opponent who is attempting to swarm you with a bunch of 1/1s, you can overcome it by dropping your hand to turn ensnaring bridge into a no-pass zone, and grant you a quick dig into your deck. In the end, you will find it is at least advantage neutral as compared to FL.

I'm liking the apes, though Dauntless Silverback's Gilded ability kinda threw me off. I would think something like being equipped or enchanted is something Apes (who seem to be (R/G)) would not care about. Unless, of course, you are going for a Planet of the Apes kind of deal.

I personally dislike the Fiend Hunter/Banisher Priest model of creatures. I would think these don't lend themselves to the overall flavor we are looking for, and flooding the meta with exile effects are

So if we are going to do Monstrous for the Kaijuu, can we start to discuss how exactly to make all them (and their related mechanics) able to compete with aggressive Heroes and Controlly Villains on relatively equal standing? Because if all our kaijuu average a base power of 5 or 6, they will need to similarly be of a CMC of 5 or so. how do we expect Kaijuu players to get Kaijuu out? Are they undercosted, are they given ramp, a combination of the two? These are questions we need to consider.

Mutant Mechanic: I vote for a modified Monstrous like empower, because it can be put on both Monsters and Mutants (and Mutant Monsters, of course)
I vote on a simple, "If this creature is equipped, [effect]" for Equipment Mechanics.
A last mechanic I was thinking of was Bloodied:

Bloodied: If this creature was dealt damage during the last turn, [effect].

Maybe the answer is to make Mutants be like Unleash/Monstrous. As they come into play, you may put X counters on them. If you do, effect.

    Steelskin Crasher 2RR
    Creature -- Mutant Barbarian
1R: Mutation 2 (Put a mutation counter on ~. Activate only if there are fewer than two mutation counters on ~. Activate only once per turn.)
~ gets +X/+X, haste and "Whenever this creature deals damage to a player, you may have it deal damage equal to its' power to target creature.", where X is the number of mutation counters on ~.

HI Y'all, sorry for never posting, my internet has been terrible XD. Anyway, let me weigh in:

On Morph/Transform: Neither really achieves what we want, I think we should just design something new.
On Mutants: I feel like the whole problem lies in us trying to make a an evolve mechanic, where I feel like this is not the way we should go about it. I personally think that since we are probably going to make Auras that function as superpowers, why not make it a mechanic related to being enchanted, like this:

Mutation-- As long as this creature is enchanted, effect
    For Example:

    Mutating Mutant 1UG
    Creature -- Mutant Hero
Mutation -- As long as this creature is enchanted, you may pay (G/U)(G/U) during your upkeep. If you do, reveal the top five cards of your library. You may put an Aura revealed this way into your hand and put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
    2/2
In addition, to cover how Auras play into powers changing over time, maybe we could bring back Aura Swap?

I am also interested in this. My only question would be how you want to do planeswalkers for this set?

By the same virtue that Elspeth is involved despite having never encountered any of the Lorwyn Five, so too could Markov have crossed paths with one of them at an unspecified time. Speaking of which, I could see the following as a card which appears in the set:

    Salvar, Motemaker 2RUU
    Legendary Creature - Human Spellshaper
You may pay 0 rather than pay a creature's Mote cost.
3UR: Put target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard onto the battlefield facedown. If it does not have Mote, it gains Mote X, where X is its' converted mana cost.

I would advise changing it so that Sorin is the representative for Black over Liliana. His personality makes me believe he would be more likely to support stopping Nicol Bolas. In addition, Sorin is noted to be the second oldest planeswalker in existence (after Nicol Bolas), so he could have a whole mini-arc in the storyline where he is tempted to turn to evil to regain his old glory, as he believes regaining that power would aid him in putting an end to the suffering of Humans on Innistrad.

    hi Kirby, Thief

THanks for the input! I wanted to tone down Tibalt but was unsure how to go about it. I switch Amrit's abilities and turned her ultimate into a emblem that puts a Faith's fetter counter on each creature currently on board. Also, I am looking for some ideas of what might be some cards that are not centered around tibalt that might fit flavorfully in this set.
