I cast ensoul artifact on an artifact. Opponent casts Overwhelming Splendor.

    1. Does my 5/5 artifact creature become a 1/1?
    2. What if I cast ensoul artifact after overwhelming splendor?

    thanks in advance

I have a spawning grounds on a forest and two arbor elf in play. Opponent targets my land with stone rain.
In response, I tap the spawning ground to make a token, untap the land with arbor elf, make another token, and untap the land again and make another token.
In response, opponent casts beast within and kills my enchanted land.

    1. Do I get three tokens? If not, how should I play it if I know opponent has a beast within?
    2. Is there a scenario in which I get 0 tokens if opponent has a Polymorphist's Jest
    3. What is the best strategy to do this if I know the enemy may cast a Polymorphist's Jest instead of beast within?

    Thank you in advance

I castEnsoul Artifact on a darksteel citadel. Then I enchant the artifact with Mechanized Production and Followed Footsteps.

    1. Will mechanized production produce a 5/5 indestructible creature?
    2. Will Followed Footsteps produce a 5/5 indestructible creature?
    3. When I have 8 of these copies made by mechanized production and followed footsteps, do I win the game or are their names not the same?

No. The delayed trigger set by Lat-Nam's Legacy is set to happen only once. It triggers at the beginning of your first upkeep along with Paradox Haze's trigger, and it won't trigger again on the extra upkeep even if that would be another moment where it could otherwise trigger.
603.7. An effect may create a delayed triggered ability that can do something at a later time. A delayed triggered ability will contain "when," "whenever," or "at," although that word won't usually begin the ability.

603.7a. Delayed triggered abilities are created during the resolution of spells or abilities, as the result of a replacement effect being applied, or as a result of a static ability that allows a player to take an action. A delayed triggered ability won't trigger until it has actually been created, even if its trigger event occurred just beforehand. Other events that happen earlier may make the trigger event impossible.

603.7b. A delayed triggered ability will trigger only once--the next time its trigger event occurs--unless it has a stated duration, such as "this turn."

Can I draw two extra cards with Walking Archive and paradox haze while opponent draws one extra?

I have a paradox haze in play. I cast Lat-Nam's Legacy (2). Do I draw 2 on the first upkeep, then draw 2 again on my extra upkeep?

I have a stun sniper and silent arbiter in play. Opponent declares 3 attackers. I tap his strongest creature. Out of the two creatures left, he chooses to attack with his second strongest creature.

    1. is something wrong with this scenario?
    2. Can I wait until he attacks with the biggest one, then I tap it with stun sniper?

The first object on the stack to resolve is the Mother's activated ability. This creature now has protection from white, and the next thing to attempt to resolve is Path to Exile. It fizzles for lack of a valid target. Finally, Glacial Plating attempts to resolve and is also countered because the Mother can no longer be the target of white spells. End result: Tapped Mother of Runes on the battlefield, Glacial Plating and Path to Exile in their owners' graveyards.

Thank you. 1 more question. what if glacial plating was already on mother of runes and the opponent uses path of exile on the next turn? Does Glacial plating stay on her or does protection make auras fall off?

Unfortunately the Plating is put into your graveyard in this instance. It's easy to remember what protection does:

    Prevents damage
    Ends enchant and equip
    Stops blocking
    Makes targeting invalid.

All you need to remember is that protection puts you in debt.

lol that is funny. it reminds me of regeneration.

regenerate like Wolverine, not regenerate like Jesus

I have a mother of runes in play and I target it with Glacial Plating. Opponent responds and targets my mother of runes with path to exile. In response, I use mother of rune's ability and give herself protection from white. What happens to my Glacial plating?

    thank you in advance

You have two triggers going onto the stack and since you control both you can put them on the stack in the order you choose. So, you put the "Sac" trigger on first followed by the "add a counter" trigger. Let the add a counter trigger resolve and then activate the Sundial before the sacrifice trigger resolves. This way, you get a counter on it without sacrificing a permanent and all it costs you is (effectively) skipping your turn.

Can I do that with braids, cabal minion too? I'm not sure because it reads "at the beginning of your upkeep."

sounds interesting. What is your win condition with this strategy? Eventually you will have to nuke your smokestack on your opponents turn.

if I can do this, I will just do it for 50+ turns. Opponent will draw out the entire library unless she/he has two gaea's blessing lol

I have smokestack in play. I want to add a counter on smokestack and avoid sacrificing a permanent by activating sundial of the infinite. Can this be done repeatedly until smokestack has like 5 counters?

Would this also work with braids, cabal minion instead of smokestack?

I have a soul warden and Ajani's Pridemate in the graveyard. Opponent casts living death.

Can I choose to have soul warden come in first so that my Ajani Pridemate would get a +1/+1 counter and I gain one life?
