My bad, i completely missed that. As is, i think you are right and there is no space in the crowded mv 3 slot.
Anointed Peacekeeper reminds strongly of Elite Spellbinder, which has been very solid in our cube. The fact it also hits activated abilities is great, especially against Planeswalkers, and the 3/3 vigilance body is no joke and comparable with Spellbinder.
I'd like to discuss my List. What i do is cutting the extended reanimation plan to Delver of Secrets. Delver presents the much needed fast clock against Tron/Scapeshift and gives the ability to close out a game eaven faster with a reanimated Obzedat. In addition we are less vulnerable to gravehate.
The Deck has a fairly strong lategame, we are rarely flooding and Jace is a beast. Still i would like to have a maindeck answer to problematic permanents. I thought of Repeal; but it can't solve a Chalice of the Void @ 1, so i'll maybe squeeze an Anguished Unmaking into the main (thou its hard to cast under a Blood Moon).
@Blood Moon: I don't like it. Or i'd love it but it hurts to much to change the Manabase, wich i think is an important part of the Deck (Manlands, Fair, Citadel and Ghost Quarter)
@Reedy26: I think i'd play a mix of Terminate, Bolt and maybe a one off Command if i wouldn't go with the spellbombs. But i like the spellbombs for keeping the artifact count high and being able to cantrip. Explosives can somehow manage the same issues like Abrupt Decay (except Stony Silence). I see the reasons for choosing a slight green splash over red but i think i prefer the sb options with red.
Chandra is nice! I would ad a 2nd if there was enough space and hands were naturally not clunky. She is another wincon and all here abilities come in handy (i really like to +1 for rr, the deck is so mana hungry)
Is anyone else playing a Grixis List? I'm happy with mine and would be interestet to share some thoughts. Red does improve my odds against the hard MU's and i'm the kind of player who always wants to have a chance.
Tron and Valakut Decks, naturally some of our worst machups can be fighted with Maindeck Ghost Quarter (Crucible) and SB Stone Rain, Extraction. They are still bad Mus but sometimes you can sneak away a win :). Lantern Control also feels bad, any ideas how to improve this? Burn sometimes is to fast and vs. infect I still haven't played a lot.
thx for your reply.
For the Manabase, i decided to rather take the pain than Mulligan a Reflecting Pool + Mutavault / 2nd Pool. An one off Ziggurat might be nice thou, i'll try this.
I won't cut Thalia. Also with Reflector Mage i have my doubts, he really helps vs. Jund (a difficult MU) and other creature heavy machups like Merfolk.
But i never tried Phantasmal Image which is a set card in Merfolk and maybe i underestimated it.
I like to see other SB choices because i'm not so close to the current metagame and happy with new imputs:)

Commit // Memory, Crystal Shard, Repulse, Repeal;

These cards provide a way more stable manabase and fetch shock does even hurt more (except if you draw into City / Confluence only).

2 Mana Confluence
2 Ancient Ziggurat
2 Gemstone Mine

Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Huntmaster of the Fells are flex slots. I am looking for some more cardselection or carddraw but its not easy:/ Jace, Vryn Prodegy is an option but playing only 4 instants he seems meh. Collected Company? -> I rate the playset Thalia, Guardian of Thraben higher, she is so crucial in many MU's. Grim Flayer also can't be supported in this list... any suggestions?
Thats the SB is what i've come up with, playing 5c there are to many options to choose from (i need help:)).
I'll eventually try to make some space for iok. To get some more t1 plays and some more interaction as u say.
