I just want to share an incident happen to my app. The app I developed call “MTGBugs” was taken down in Google Play store on 22/10/2016 after some parties aren't happy with the app name and submitted a take down notice.
MTGBugs is an app designed for MTG players and I have ported it from Windows Phone platform (it is call MTGBugs NEXT for Windows Phone 7.5+, while the new one for Windows Phone 8.1+ is call MTGBugs). It is designed to help player keep up-to-dated on MTG news and card lookup. It came with some unique features like aggregate all MTG news with notification (great during spoiler season), syntax search (for power user), support pricing from TCGPlayers.com and MagicCardMarket.eu, etc. It is on Google Play store for less than 3 months, but the old version on Windows Phone is available since 2012.
After long and exhausted email between me and Google support team, I was forced to rebrand my whole app to avoid any further problem. Here are the full story!
I hope others especially developers who are passionated and spend their time building great tools for this game can learn and don't repeat the same painful and costly experience I have gone through.

I think as long as the program did not affect their sale of product (include Magic Online) should be alright just like magiccards.info

Really like the way you explain thing in detail, but there are some correction in your post, hope you don't mind I pointed it out so that it won't confuse others.
Rakdos Charm: Perhaps the funniest charm in the deck. Exiling a graveyard is relevant and the opponent's scream "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" is quite amusing. Dealing one damage to controller is funnier because it turns infinite token combos into a lose, and when an opponents ultimates Vraska, this makes them lose. Sometimes an artifact needs to go as well.
Vraska the Unseen third ability required the token creature to deal combat damage, so Rakdos Charm doesn't make them lose with this trick.
Rooftop Storm: Thraximundar is the only zombie, yes, but this makes him come out a turn earlier and makes the extra mana requirement a non-issue. This is really more of a personal choice card, but I enjoy it quite a bit.
Maybe it is worth to mention that the Rooftop Storm doesn't reduce the additional {2} cost that required to cast that commander from the command zone for each previous time they cast the commander from the command zone.
One more reason to play Thraximundar, the cool flavor text!
Yes, because exiled permanent come into play as a totally new object thus will make Swords to Plowshares target illegal
oh and another question.......... i have meddling mage in play
my opponent cast damnation. can i respond by casting restoration angel and target my Meddling Mage and choose damnation. so the damnation wont be effective?
Your opponent spell will still resolve, because Meddling Mage only stop your opponent from casting the spell you name. Since he already casted the spell, it is too late for your Meddling Mage to respond.
Applying multiple control-changing effect on the same card will depend on the timestamp order. No matter it is an Aura effect or Spell, the effect with the latest timestamp win.
Case 1,2,3: Your opponent will gain control of BoP
Case 4: Your other opponent will gain control of BoP

But as a reminder for you, remove the Magic M logo in your app logo to prevent Hasbro go after you like those happen in iOS and Android.
Maybe you can replace with something else.
The latest version doesn't run well on Windows 8 Consumer Preview version some cards like Yavimaya Ancients will have an extra " character on the name. It become "Yavimaya Ancients instead of Yavimaya Ancients. Some character are missing as well.
I found a bug in legality.
Even though Mana Crypt was banned in French EDH but not in Commander and I double checked with the setting in option, but the generated XML still mark Mana Crypt as banned in Commander format.
