This is an instant speed draw 2 or 3 at worst. That's not bad at all for 4 mana.
The best case scenario is probably when two cards in the pile are useful for you (dangerous for your opponent to give you) and you'll be getting at least one of them. Plus, since you have the benefit of knowing the contents of your hand, you can arrange the piles in a manner that will keep your opponent guessing.
So I guess the plants/vines around the statue are the actual creature, since it would probably a dryad rather than plant if the statue was included. Maybe I'm wrong though.
Really? What a ****ty imagination you have. No sense at all.
Why would a god or an avatar pouring water into the lands (even metaphorically or not) be art for Gift of Estates. That makes no sense and comparing art randomly like this is utterly stupid.
Take a step back there, dude. Breath. Reflect on how you just reacted.
A more reasonable rebuttal would've something like "Eh, I don't really see the comparison." That's all it would've taken to send your point across.
They are, but most of the people who care about having a foil JTMS will feel as if this FTV version isn't "pimp" enough, since it's not an honest-to-goodness pack-opened foil.
You can see the truth in this by comparing any other FTV foil's price to its original printing's.
The precon would presell for double or triple the MSRP and instantly sell out. Horrible idea.
Edit: maybe not triple, but my point still stands.
Its price is so high mostly due to a shortage in supply. Any low demand or niche card, like the Settler, that is currently pricey will see its value eviscerated if it's reprinted in a Commander precon because the market will become flooded with them.

Demonic Consultation. Problem solved! Assuming you have the guts (and luck) to use it, that is.
It doesn't seem to come up via any of the usual searches.

Player 1 has Chainer, Dementia Master on board with a Disciple of Bolas who is a Nightmare. Player 2 casts Chaos Warp on Chainer who gets shuffled in and a Phyrexian Altar is revealed and put onto the battlefield.
Is Player 1 able to activate the Phyrexian Altar to sacrifice the Disciple of Bolas before Chainer's trigger exiles her?

Not to diminish anything, but from what I've gathered from having a few international friends, Jap doesn't carry that meaning all over the world.
The correct term is Moonfolk though.
