I was playing a 1v1 EDH game a few night ago and a situation came up where I was controlling my opponents Thalia, Heretic Cathar with Vedalken Shackles. My opponent cast a Terastodon (which entered the battlefield tapped) and targeted my Vedalken Shackles and 2 of his own lands. Do the elephant tokens he controls that were produced with Terastodon enter play tapped or untapped?
I do have one more question regarding this scenario, but altered slightly:
The player with Consecrated Sphinx has drawn up to 9 cards in hand and does not discard down to 7 during the clean-up step. Both players miss this still.
During the other players turn, the player owning Consecrated Sphinx casts two instant speed spells going down to 7 cards (5 cards if he discarded according to the rules) in hand. At the end of that turn both players realize that the player with Consecrated Sphinx should have had 7 cards in hand and not 9 after his clean-up step.
Both players would receive a warning from what I have read but is there anything else a judge can do to resolve the situation or has the game progressed too far? Would the player owning Consecrated Sphinx be asked to discard 2 cards, down to 5 in hand?
I am curious, a player has Consecrated Sphinx and ends up with over 7 cards in hand. He forgets to discard down to seven and neither player notices.
At the end of the next player's turn that player notices that the other player still has over 7 cards in hand from the consecrated sphinx. Since a full turn has passed since the missed discard do both players get penalized in a competitive REL environment or only the player who owns the card that caused the infraction (Consecrated Sphinx)?
I've been lurking MTGsalvation for quite some time but now decided to contribute!
Greetings all.
I have just gotten into drafting heavily via MTGO (schedule says no to drafting in a LGS) and also need some people to test constructed decks with as well as trade with.
Anyone Interested in testing some decks using MTGO and trading, please add me. (Varr is my MTGO handle).
Thank you!

Play frequency: Almost everyday
Formats: T2 and draft/sealed (looking for people to trade and test with)
