Hey guys, so my LGS has a Modern Masters sealed league that has the final tournament tomorrow, and I wanted your feedback on the deck I'm currently using. I feel like my pool has potential for a few different ways to go, and I'm really curious to see what your thoughts are. Since my most overt bombs and removal were in Red/White, that is what I've been playing with, but I think Blue/White Affinity might have some potential, and green may be worth splashing as well. Anyway, let me know what you think:
What I'm currently running:
White
1x Raise the Alarm
3x Sunspear Shikari
1x Oblivion Ring
1x Arrest
1x Skyhunter Skirmisher
1x Sunlance
Red
1x Spitebellows
1x Fiery Fall
1x Thunderblust
1x Gorehorn Minotaurs
1x Wrap in Flames
1x Blood Ogre
1x Gut Shot
1x Inner-Flame Igniter
1x Burst Lightning
Yea I was thinking about Outpost Siege as well, but it being a 4 drop runs a scary risk of hurting if pulled with Pain Seer (which I am needlessly biased towards having in the deck) and I think its risky enough with the 4x Obelisk of Urd... but I kind of view that as a necessary risk. Also, I need to cut at least 8 of those cards to get down to 60 with 20 land, so could use feedback on that side as well. Thanks again.
Hey guys, so I've been throwing around this idea in my head for a while and would like some feedback regarding land suggestions, what to cut and what you guys think in general. The idea behind this deck is to aggro as fast as possible, using Pain Seer and Sign in Blood to push card advantage, with Seeker of the Way and, to a much lesser extent, Soldier of the Pantheon to help mitigate loss of life, until you can Convoke out a Obelisk of Urd or two and go for the win.
The most obvious problem I can see is board wipes, so part of me wants to put in 2x Athreos, God of Passage to defend against that, or possibly Return to the Ranks. I'm open to suggestions, thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice.
Thanks again for the support. I actually got a few more cards and was wondering what your opinion was, since the actual tournament for the deck is tomorrow. I recently added these to my pool:
I thought it might be worth adding all of them but Embodiment of Spring and Dragonscale Boon, Blossoming Sands for more mana fixing, Seek the Horizon for the same reason/ thinning the deck, Bring Low for more removal, Snowhorn for another big guy. What do you think?
So these cards/this deck are for the stamp league at my LGS, and you get an extra card at random if you win a 2 out of 3 match with someone. Today I pulled a Sagu Mauler, and I definitely think he is worth moving some things around to work in. I also think I could benefit from blue for the additional card draw, singing bell strike as pseudo-removal. What do you guys think?
Additionally, that black 2 casting cost enchantment that gives -2-2 is very popular in our meta, and has been wrecking my morph creatures, so splashing blue and adding Secret Plans would protect them from it, which would be a huge lifesaver.
Why would you cut Chief of the Edge though? I've seen warriors do work in draft, and there's a bunch of warriors in the list you posted, not to mention a 3/2 for 2 mana isn't too bad either. Just curious, thanks again!
Hey guys, I'm looking for some pointers for my sealed deck construction at my LGS. I had some pretty good pulls, but they're spread out over 5 colors and I could use some suggestions as to how to build a more viable deck. This is my first sealed experience, so I'm curious to see what kind of decks you guys would have made. The cards I pulled are as follows:

That's everything. I know there's some decent stuff here, but I had a lot of trouble narrowing it down. It didn't seem like there was a lot of wiggle room with the 40 card limit. Anyway, let me know what you guys think, thanks for the help!
They play a variety of decks, most are just for fun, there's only one other person who tries to play aggressive as I do, and I piss him off too, so I'm probably the worst.
They all have an average budget I'd say, maybe a bit more. No P9 or anything like that, but they buy fat packs and booster boxes on occasion. My Reanimator deck is probably the most expensive deck in the group, but only because I've been playing since Ice Age and acquired most of the cards when they weren't worth anything. I haven't spent much on cards in the past decade, just an occasional booster or preconstructed deck here and there, I usually just trade my old stuff for new.
Slightly off topic: Holy crap. How can you get Akroma T1 75% of the time in EDH? Legacy reanimator isn't even that consistently explosive.
Haha, I meant 1v1 in Casual format, not EDH. With 4 Entomb, 4 Demonic Tutor, 4 Reanimate, 4 Exhume, 4 Lotus Petal, and 4 Dark Ritual it's really not that difficult to get the pieces you need very early.
Hey guys, so here's my deal. My playgroup hates me.
I run really aggressive, douchey decks. For casual 1v1s, I play a Reanimator that has Akroma in play on turn 1 75% of the time. In Free For All Multiplayer, I run a Mono-Black Exsanguinate deck that ends up as a 6v1 and everyone else dies.
Recently they started getting into EDH, so I threw together a casual Chainer Reanimator deck that had a Lightning-Greaved It-That-Betrays in play by turn 3 the first time I used it. No one came out and said anything, but I could tell that I was basically sucking the fun out of the game by stomping people so quickly.
I'd really like to make a deck that makes friends for a change. If you guys could help me out, I'd like to come up with a commander deck that is completely support based. Basically, I'd like a deck that helps everyone, so in FFA people would have no reason to want me dead, and in team games I'd just support my allies. I have no idea where to start with this, so I'm very open to suggestions. Thanks a lot for the help guys.
Hey guys, thinking about making a casual Blue/Black Mill deck and found this list online, and it looks pretty absurd. Would you guys have any updates? It's not a deck type I have a ton of familiarity with so any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hey guys, so I've been working on this Mono-Black Exsanguinate deck that I use on occasion to grief a casual free-for-all multiplayer group I play with. When I run it, I'm either ganged up on first and immediately taken out, in which case I can get back to drinking, or I commit acts of genocide that would make a third world dictator blush. Pretty much win-win for me.
I understand that this deck is pretty bent, but I'd like some help from you guys to break it. Here's what I'm running so far:
Anyway, if you guys had any advice as to what to cut and what to add I'd appreciate it. I know things like 4x Yawgmoth's Will, 4x Sol Ring, ect are obvious but that seems over the top.... while I'd like the deck to be a middle finger of sorts, it should be a jovial, in-good fun flip off. Not a rock-solid monolith of spite. Thanks!

Hmm, also in the deck list above I'm not really utilizing any kind of bombs, but maybe I was overestimating the value of most of the rares I pulled?
Why would you cut Chief of the Edge though? I've seen warriors do work in draft, and there's a bunch of warriors in the list you posted, not to mention a 3/2 for 2 mana isn't too bad either. Just curious, thanks again!

Hell. Yes.
I have him rotting away in a binder somewhere. Absolutely what I'm looking for.
Lets make a Phelddagrff deck.

Creatures
4x Dimir Cutpurse
4x Nemesis of Reason

4x Dimir Aqueduct
4x Watery Grave
4x Drowned Catacomb
4x Jwar Isle Refuge
4x Creeping Tar Pit

4x Glimpse the Unthinkable
2x Haunting Echoes
2x Traumatize
4x Lobotomy
4x Extirpate
4x Memory Sluice
4x Mind Funeral
4x Tome Scour
I understand that this deck is pretty bent, but I'd like some help from you guys to break it. Here's what I'm running so far:
Lands
16 Swamp
4 Cabal Coffers
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
1 Glacial Chasm
1 Boseiju, Who Shelters All
Spells
1 Necropotence
2 Yawgmoth's Bargain
1 Mutilate
4 Dark Ritual
4 Exsanguinate
4 Demonic Tutor
2 Pestilence
2 No Mercy
4 Syphon Soul
1 Subversion
Artifacts
4 Lotus Petal
2 Sol Ring
1 Mana Vault
2 Ensnaring Bridge
2 Bottled Cloister
1 Eternity Vessel
Here's some cards that I'm trying to trade for that I think should obviously be in here:
1 Yawgmoth's Will
4 Damnation
4 Kokusho, the Evening Star (I do love the idea of running a creatureless deck Black, but he seems too nasty in multiplayer to pass up)
PROBABLY should have 1 more Glacial Chasm and Boseiju, Who Shelters All, but I'm not sure.
