I bought 20 Hellriders at $0.99 apiece when DKA released. Then it spiked to 10+ when I was away from home doing AF training, and by the time I got home to my binder it was $3. I'm still ahead, but definitely missed my prime selling time. Hard market to figure out.
I'd pass easily. The odds of opening up anything of value in the packs is extremely low at 20 per pack. You crack tolarian academy and break even. It's basically the jace lottery/cradle lottery with those packs in terms of saga and it's worse odds at 110 rares in saga versus 1 jace in 80 packs of WWK and WWK doesn't cost 20 a pop. I'd stay away from alliances packs, the odds of FoW in a single pack are quite low and if memory serves the map is solved for alliances. I'd stay away from WWK packs due to mapping and, again, a 1 in 80 shot of opening jace and don't even mention foil jace.
There's sure a lot more value in Saga than just playing the Jace lottery. Show and Tell, Cradle, Exploration, Sneak Attack, Serra's Sanctum, and Goblin Lackey at uncommon at least make it a more fun lottery to play than WWK. I'm sorry I didn't buy a box 18 mos ago when they were ~400 on Ebay. That would have been some fun drafting.
If this seller has cracked enough Urza's Saga or Alliances lately to map them, kudos to him. Was that even a thing back then? That said, those are indeed nothing special in the price department. Unusual find for CL, though.

Exile X target creatures. For each creature exiled this way, its controller puts a 2/2 green Boar creature token onto the battlefield.
This is an absolute all-star for blue EDH decks...fries pesky Eldrazi and anything else that's a little unmanageable. Too bad Pyroclasm isn't a thing right now in Standard
Collection repacks are typically a joke, as has been stated here many times.
Booster box repacks of Standard sets, however, are generally a very good deal if you want to draft or just build a collection. Many of those boxes are actually sold as "collection builder" boxes, or something of that sort. My buddy and I bought a few during Scars and Innistrad blocks for $30-40 apiece. At that price nobody should be expecting the money rares/mythics, and if you get anything spectacular, good on you! My friend's Scars box had a Mox Opal and Koth in it, along with a few fastlands.
Most of those sets are pretty worthless for singles. Masques you could maybe get super lucky and pull a foil Brainstorm. Visions has Vampiric Tutor. Not a whole lot I can think of off the top of my head from the rest.

Hmm...this comment was when I was still shaking off last night's Ambien and read the CC as 8RB. At 3RB it's a damn fine card
But we'll talk when I get back to DC either way
