Yes a reiclious amount of them have been pulled in my area. Liliana on the other hand seams to be a real pain to pull.
Not sure about Liliana. Out of one box and a fat pack my buddy pulled two Lilianas, two Geists, and zero Snapcasters. My box had a Liliana, a Garruk, a Geist, and one Snapcaster. Garruk and Geist were in the same frickin' booster
