I'm not quite sure how I forgot about Slate of Ancestry, thanks for that one. Distant Melody is also an auto-in, that 1 extra mana cost doesn't particulary matter. Some others warrant some testing, thanks for the answers.

Progenitus backed with Rafiq of the Many is a one-shot. I have seen a deck in which all cards were either ramping to get Progenitus out, a few Haste-granting Enchantments (Lightning Greaves and such don't work on Progenitus after all), and tutors & recursion to nab Rafiq and keep him in play. Since it's 5 colour, you can make sure you run all the best cards. Given that Progenitus can't be chump-blocked or dealt with by spot removal/Maze of Ith, it's pretty amazing.

Hello everyone, since I play a Reaper King Changeling deck, I've been enjoying tossing various lords and specific tutors (from Moggcatcher to Seshiro the Anointed) in the deck to enjoy their multiple effects. However, I've ran into the problem that my deck tends to run out of gas mid-game. To this extent I'm trying to get a list of Tribal-based drawpower cards. Here's the few I have in the deck so far:

    Azami, Lady of Scrolls
Mass Appeal (A good chunk of my lords/tutors are humans as well)
    Seshiro, the Anointed
    Sea Gate Loremaster

What others would work in here?

Not going to lie, I kind of want her and Sigarda to battle to the death. Epic scythe battle go!

Perhaps she will cost :?mana::symw::symb::symb: to fit in with the previous angels? I can see them doing that just to be cute.

Would be nice if it had that and Cycling...

"Hey guys sorry we didn't finish that Angel Cycle which was an obvious Cycle but now here we have the final angel to finish the Cycle outside of the actual Cycle and it has Cycling so you can Cycle while you finish the Cycle.

Also Cycle is an odd word.

One of Maros reasons from somewhere(probably deep in that massive tumblr) was that not everyone has dice around.

As for cheating, the easiest thing is make the rules say that each player may use the same die for rolls. Loaded dice feel off, and if you spin a loaded die it wont balance and spin like a top. its just as simple to get a double headed quarter too.

It's quite easy to practice dice rolls, just as it is to coin flipping. While you'll never get a 100% result, it's quite possible to boost your success rate up to more then you should statistically.
The possibility to cheat, however, is NOT the main concern - that would be the fact that most players don't like the game to become too random.

Your point seems to be "Players have dice, so WOTC should make dice roll cards". Thing is, most players don't like the randomness they bring. As well as the cheating potentional.

Vampires. Unlike the current twilight-hugging fanbase you get these days, I've been fond of the archetype of vampires ever since I first saw Dracula and read my first vampire-based books (The Vampire Chronicles by Ann Rice). So, seeing them as a decent tribe (Pity I didn't play when ZEN was legal) is something I quite enjoy, and I love piloting Vampire EDH Tribal.
I do hope we'll get vampires more molded around the Vampire: The Masquerade kind soon, which allow for a bit of branching out into the other colours too. They're too much Black-Red now, with a smattering of blue, but I'd love to see them spread out a lil bit more. Or have them usurp Zombies as the Prime Black Tribe.

"Guilty until proven innocent" seems to be favored onlne. It's not something I tend to favor. It kind of reminds me of that theft a lil while back, which one was it again CFB or SC? Either way, in that case the site in question also put out a condemning huge post naming & shaming the supposed thief, but nothing was yet proven 100%. The same kind of thing happens here. I'm neutral on this, it looks like a cheating move, but what SHOULD happen is that this instance gets reported to WOTC and they'll look into it. Should the verdict indeed be cheating & a ban, THEN can the perpetrator be condemned. Now, however, everyone is jumping the gun right away.
Innocent until proven Guilty, please. Let's just wait for the results of WOTC investigating this move and we'll go from there, no?

Seeing as you're in the EU, I could also refer you to https://www.magiccardmarket.eu/
Make sure you insure your purchase. Oh, and look for the bigger (professional) sellers - if you do "Search Members", the biggest one will be on top when you dont fill in anything. They're mostly Germany-based.

I've had much the same experience as you. Burn the Kaalia of the Vast for 2 before she gets equipped with Lightning Greaves on turn 4 causing the other two decks to team up with Kaalia and gang up on you isn't fun. Because woe be the one who takes the first action. There's a lot of EDH players who don't want to interact with others - they just want to build up their deck and go boom.
If you want to attack, it has to have a purpose. Your deck is obviously not an aggro deck, so those 5 points of damage aren't helping you much. Attack when you can do some real damage, forcing your opponent to decide what to give up to survive, things like that. Not before that. Or when you can possibly end the game.

For me, that'd be Olivia Voldaren. Every time she hits the table there's a guaranteed "Oh crap" moment because SOMETHING is going to die or get taken...and then she comes swinging in for 12 or so to the dome. I've built her with a pingers theme, using all sorts of cards to give deathtouch (from the hilariously bad Onyx Mage to the amazing Basilisk Collar) along with a few other cards with a pingtheme (Goblin Sharpshooter + Deathtouch = Trolololo) and it's been my favorite deck ever since.

Has Geist of Saint Traft being mentioned? I mean the Angel comes out from him... Grin

But it's not Geist who does the damage, it's the Angel Token. So no, that wouldn't work at all...

Its also the perfect card for the more budget-strapped multicolour players. Its just a pity that it ALWAYS takes the damage when it taps, meaning you can''t use Chromatic Lantern to get around that. Ah, if only...

Oh wow, that requires some reworking, thanks Dechs.
@ Genini: I only bring this deck out online because of its surprise value. Thus, as good as Debtors Knell is, I'd rather just use RIP to make sure opponents graveyards are rendered useless.
Stranglehold, good as it is, tends to paint a target on your face. Not a place I like to be.

Huh, Forking it actually works? Does that also go with Chandra's -2 ability? Would that indeed mean you get it twice a turn? Because if so, blimey, that makes a few tricks a lot more interesting...
