While I don't think Emrakul is in the cards, the obvious destinations are Kaladesh, Phyrexia, and possibly Vyrn.
I also don't think its Tears/Fears. It would make more sense as the block post-Khans rotation. The only thing we know about Tears/Fears is that Liliana features heavily in the story since she isn't in BFZ. Do we know another of her contract holders she could be hunting?
I suppose its just many years of thinking like an engineer. Devoid solves several different problems at once.
From the standpoint of a purist you might say that its not a perfect execution. Maybe the colorless nature of the Eldrazi was picked early and they realized it was going to be a problem late. Regardless the use of Devoid as a way to solve multiple problems speaks to me as an elegant solution.
Also, odds on Devoid leading into an artifact near 100%?
And I'm saying that the Eldrazi transcend or pre-date the color pie.
Consider Ugin. A colorless nonartifact card that:
Deals direct damage to creatures and players
Board wipes with exile
Draws cards
Gains life
Puts permanents onto the battlefield from hand
Those effects encompass a huge range of potential colors. Is he allowed to do these things because he has the Ugin type? Are these all things that colorless can do?
If you dig, you can find artifacts that do virtually anything as long as they aren't particularly efficient at it.
The Devoid cards we've seen all exist specifically to preserve the color pie. If they were actually colorless cards then we'd either not have them, or we'd have the Mirrodin problem. In order for the Eldrazi to have a tribal identity that stretched beyond the type line they used Devoid. That promotes cross-block and faction play. Its a good solution.
What things have been colorless that weren't Eldrazi? Artifacts? Artifacts are not the same as Eldrazi. They have different mechanical space. That the Eldrazi have been colored before only shows that they can co-opt the color pie at need. Not that they have to be colored. I'm sure that if they had thought of it/needed it for Rise they would have used Devoid then.
Colorless nonartifacts have been explored so little that saying the cards don't feel colorless is virtually useless. As far as we know, the fact that the Eldrazi can co-opt the color pie means that Devoid cards can do anything their cost allows them to do. Certainly none of the spoiled cards feel like something that an Eldrazi wouldn't be able to do, and in so saying the means that its not something that a Devoid card wouldn't be able to do.
Ukraz, Silver Searcher 3WU
Legendary Creature - Human Eldrazi (R)

Ok, but Eldrazi are identified as colorless, and these cards are identifiable as Eldrazi. I don't think the leap that Devoid is asking you to take is that big.
There is precedent for using colored mana in Eldrazi cards. The lesser Eldrazi have bits of color in them. That they cost colored mana is necessary to make a balanced format, otherwise you wind up with Mirrodin 1.0. Once you accept that they have to have colored mana in the upper right, then creating a tribe for them to face off against the Zendikari would have made them incredibly parasitic since the creature type Eldrazi isn't going to appear in the next couple blocks. Devoid actually goes a step further in actually making all the Eldrazi colorless. Devoid is, at its heart, a pretty decent way to make the Eldrazi feel like a tribal faction that solves the problem of cross block play and that doesn't break the game by removing color from the costs of cards. The scattered implementation of the Drone creature type in BFZ does not hurt Devoid uniting the Eldrazi as a tribe around the idea that they're all colorless creatures. At the panel, MaRo described that they weren't going to have a word for the Eldrazi being colorless, just a visual indicator. While that doesn't matter too much for the hashtagging problem it would have looked a ton cleaner and made the mechanic a lot less incongruous feeling.
I also think that our furor over the apparently nonsensical implementation of what's a drone, what isn't, what cares about colorless and what doesn't is perhaps intentional. The Eldrazi are supposed to feel alien and like they are incomprehensible. Is it more likely that they just didn't notice that their cards didn't follow a codified system or that they intentionally made the rules muddy?
Well the reason for Kozilek and Emrakul to leave has less to do with them opting out of designing another card and more to do with wotc preserving the eldrazi for future expansions.
Think they'll go to Phyrexia or Ravnica first?
Ravnica. Bad guys versus bad guys is not terribly compelling story telling.
I also don't think just having the other Titans leave at the last second is useful. It would make them not appear as much of threat if they show up again. Beating one Titan when its all you're fighting against versus essentially beating all three is a world of difference for future story telling.
Well the reason for Kozilek and Emrakul to leave has less to do with them opting out of designing another card and more to do with wotc preserving the eldrazi for future expansions.
Emissary costs a mana more than Crucible of Worlds and being a creature makes it more vulnerable to removal. Also, since this is a commander product, adding 2 color identities to the card is a nontrivial change. I think its fine. I'd be concerned if it were in a standard product, but the supplemental products are allowed to breath a bit. Also, these are all pre-development. None of them have been playtested, as the plan is to finish all 5 decks, fabricate them, then play them in rotation against each other in 4 man pods of EDH.

The W/B commander has a weird inconsistency to it. It has first strike and deathtouch, so its power is essentially irrelevant. Yet its a 3/2. Furthermore, the ability cares about its toughness. I'd like to see this as a 1/3 or a 2/3 if its going to card about toughness, or switch it to caring about power.
The U/R commander feels scattered. Metalcraft isn't easy to have while also having instants and sorceries in sufficient density to make use of the ability once it's been enabled. I think I'd pick one direction rather than trying to go for a jack of all trades.
The B/G one needs a redesign. The abilities feed into each other, but then he kills himself to make a big attack. Commanders that are well like fall into two broad catagories, engines and attackers. This isn't an engine, and while it can get large, its not going to be bigger than Varolz can be, and he regenerates.
The R/W needs a p/t, but is other wise ok. I'd like to see him trigger for each creature that dealt damage to go along with the anthem effect.
