[...]So far I havent really drawn it except for games that are longer, when I cast it turn 2 it gets countered rightt away [...]

Just want to say Vexing Shusher can't be countered. Smile

With his low toughness and no evasion I don't think Salvage Slasher will get through any damage. If I would want such a creature like him would play Slag Fiend, but he is no Artifact.
Also even with Ravager there aren't always that many artifacts in the graveyard, especially not in the first 2 or 3 turns. Master of Etherium is also a much bigger beater most of the time, and also pumps other guys.

Yep, didn't see that line on Emrakul, but is this kind of play possible with Phyrexian Metamorph? For instance replace Dispatch with Diabolic Edict. Or replace Emrakul with Vendilion Clique or the creature from Dark Depths

That's also not possible, you don't choose the permanent to copy when you cast Metamorph, but when it would enter the battlefield. At that moment Emrakul or what ever else you would want to copy, is not there anymore.

It is my turn, when an opponent has an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in play (or any other wanna have creature) and I cast a Phyrexian Metamorph (seeing Emrakul) and before it resolves I cast a Dispatch on his Emrakul. Is it true that I end up with an Emrakul and my opponent loses his?

No, Dispatch can't even target Emrakul, so this play is in no way possible. Same goes for Progenitus.

There is a lot wrong with your post, mainly your argument for cutting vial "you have a lot of 3 drops " is a logical reason to run them. DNT plays a ton of 3 drops and they abuse vial a ton.

He has just 6 3-mana creatures, but for my comment I counted Metamorph as a 3-mana creature, should have said that. So for a mana base with Chrome Mox you can count Metamorph as a 3-drop, but not for Vial.
But with the Wasteland/Port/Stifle mana denial plan Vial is great, regardless of the mana curve. Somehow I missed that interaction when I made my other post, so maybe it is better to keep Vial.

I don't think Architect replaces Mass Hysteria, and an expensive ru manabase can't hurt. List number three:

    1. Sunken City is better than Architect, can be found with muddle but architect can be cloned. 2. Intervene is the best protection spell ever! 3. My problem with Architect is that it's not an illusion, and thus cannot boost Krovikan Mist as well as Adaptive Automaton or a copy of it with Phantasmal Image and Phyrexian Metamorph.

The List is a good starting point I think, but...

Intervene is not the best protection, it's more like really bad. If a Phantasmal Bear for example gets targeted by Swords to Plowshares it's ability will trigger. You can surely counter the StoP, but the triggerd Abillity will still cause you to sac the Bear and so Intervene doesn't do a thing about this. And to protect you other creatures, there are way better cards you can play, the following for example:

    -Force of Will. Obviously.

-Mental Misstep. Most removal spells in Legacy cost 1 mana, and you can counter a great bunch of other stuff with Misstep.

-Stifle is also an option as it can counter an Illusions sac abillity and does a lot of other things. It also greatly combines with Wasteland and Rishadan Port to slow opponents even more down.

-Daze is another good option, especially with other changes I will suggest.

Also your curve doesn't look that great for AEther Vial. I think it's better to cut Vial and play Chrome Mox instead. Mox helps you much more, as you can play your 3-drops on turn 2, and you have a lot of 3-drops.

Me too thinks that the red splash doesn't help that much. Alot of other aggro decks will benefit more from Mass Hysteria than you do, but if you want to keep the red splash add Lightning Bolts and/or Fire//Ice (wich is also nice to imprint into Mox).

Also regarding the mana base: I woul rather play 2 more fetchlands and Islands, and cut Steam Vents for them. Don't know why you need so many Duals if you only play 4 red cards.

I also don't like Sunken City. It eats up to many resources and doesn't do anything on it's own. I think you would be better of with more creatures, and would stock up on Grand Architect, Lord of the Unreal and/or Phantasmal Image.

And two other playable Illusions to think about would be AEther Figment and Gossamer Phantasm.

First things first: your deck is below 60 cards, I think you missed some cards.

    On card choices:
Split Champ and MoE 4/3, 4/2, or 3/3, but you don't want to play 8 3-drops, it makes the deck to slow.
Also Memnite is a must, because without it,we are too slow. Our 0-drops and 1-drops are what makes this deck so fast, and enables Mox Opal on turn 1.

And Ravager is a must play in my opinion, you can do so many combat tricks with a Ravager. He can push through lots of damage, blocks so Jitte doesn't get counters (as Joe already said), saves other guys or eats them so removal is just half as bad. All in all he gives your opponents a really hard time.

    @CrimsonViper
Yes, Platings activated Ability for BB has no restrictions, so you may activate it anytime you could play an instant.

I just found Tariff wich could be another good Sideboard Card against Show and Tell, NO and other decks that drop an early Emrakul or Progenitus.

What do you think? Especially people who have already tested Retribution of the Meek. Could this be better than RotM?

    Edit:
Regarding Gaea's Cradle and @Alcarin: Most of us only play two Ancient Tombs, the chance to have them in your first two Turns is also not that high. And as a topdeck Ancient Tomb is as bad as Cradle would be. But sometimes I think I would prefer Ancient tomb, especially in a slow hand with none or only one 0-drop creature.
But one Cradle instead of a Tomb is a thing that should be tested imho.

I second what Lactone said, you have too cut cards, then first thing to go should be Frogmites and Myr Enfrocers. After that cut a bit back on the three drops.

I'd also say 4 Ancient Tomb is too much, but I would switch out only 2 of them and add in 2 Glimmervoids.
And me too would run more artifact lands, but I would rather switch out Blinkmoths, than Ancient Tomb. Ancient Tomb is really nice in turn 1 and 2. It also makes dropping Tezz much easier imho.
But as said, more artifact lands! You want really want them, so you are able to use Mox turn 1.

I would also go with Fire and Ice, in general it is just the best of the swords.
And it's better in Affinity than Light and Shadow cause it supports the fast beatdown plan more.
But if your meta consists mainly of decks packing black and/or white removal Light and Shadow definitley has its values.

Revoker makes a better SB card than Spellskite. Revoker still hits Lavamancer and Pridemage, but also Jace, Stoneforge, Shackles, etc.

But the Revoker doesn't do anything about Swords to Plowshares, a Lightning Bolt, Punishing Fire, Ghastly Demise, Viridian Shaman, Disenchant...
Spellskite can also save you from an entire Shattering Spree. And he is a better blocker too. And althought he has 0 Power, he is not a defender, so he could attack if necessary.

It is not like one of them is strictly better. You could run both in your sideboard, it doesn't come down to a choice between Revoker and Spellskite.
But Spellskite is a very meta-dependend card. I think he is worth testing.

    Congratz to your win.
You played Dispatch main it seems? What was your list?

I played in a small local tourney yesterday, we were 13 people in total.
It was the first time that we played Legacy here, and also the first time I played affinity competitively.

I managed to get in a 2-1-1. Not bad for the first try I think.
The following is all from memory, so maybe not correct in all points.

Match 1 against Ad Nauseam Combo.

Game 1 he was one turn faster than me, and killed me endig on 3 life himself.
-boarded 2 Revoker and 3 Etherium Canonist, took out Tezz and Champions

Game 2 he mulled down to five cards and i just beat him quickly.

Game 3 he mulled to six afair. I put down an canonist on turn 3 I, he played shattering spree on his turn 4 killing canonist and ravager and passed the turn. I layed down another Canonist, no removal from him, so I played Revoker the turn after that naming LED. He quickly counted how much damage I could do and conceded.

    Match 2 was against Goblins.

Game 1 was a close one, he drew lots of removal, but then ran out of gas. I had a Champ equipped with plating on the board, and drew another plating from the top, game.

-boarded in 2 Revoker I think, out one Tezz and a Memnite (?)

Game 2 was easy for me. I started with Skirge and Ravager, wich beat him down and gave me some life. He managed to handle them, but I just put more critters and a MoE on the board, but couldn't really attack cause he had alot of goblins and 2 piledriver.
I drew Tezz and then won the game.

    Match 3 against Maverick

This was the match I lost.
Game 1 he just drew some removals and wasted me a seat, cause of wich I was not able to cast the Champion in my hand. He beat me with Jitte and a Batterskull I just could not handle.

-boarded in 2 Dispatch 2 Revoker and 3 Nature's Claim. Took out 3 Tezz and some of the small creatures.

Game 2 he mulled to 5 and just sat on a wasteland...

Game 3 he had a lot more of removal, even Wingshards, wich killed an Champion and at some point a batterskull came down, and I drew no out for it.
My opponent in this game won the tournament in the end I think.

    Match 4 against Merfolk

Game 1 he had a Turn 1 Vial but he sat on two lands and drew no Islands the whole game, and I could easily beat him down.

-boarded 3 dispatch and 2 Revoker, took out 3 Tezz and 2 Memnite I think.

Game 2 was a reaaally long game, he had Mainboard Tower of the Magistrate, wich made it really hard for me. But he also drew not much but 2 Coralhelm Commander. I drew not a single dispatch sadly, and after a long while he managed to bring me to zero.

Game 3 we could not finish and the match ended as a draw.

I just realized how good Champ was during that tournament, but I just played 2 and sometimes wished for more. I really have to get a playset of them.
Although against Ad Nauseam combo Master of Etherium was great and won me the games. But I don't think I to play against that deck often, so it's not really worth it to have the, is it?

The Revokers where really good, I liked them more than needle, because of the body.

    @pherion
Thanks for your tips. Sadly I have no Therapies, i really have to look into getting some.
I already thought, most of the time I should just board out the little critters, and you proved that for me thanks. It really just is what makes the most sense.

But I am not sure about boarding out Tezz against U/W Control? I did some test with a friend playing Thopter Control, and it was good to have another win condition if he dropped an early Moat or Ensnaring Bridge.

Also versus most aggro decks, I think it is right to board out a Tezz or two? (I am playing 3) Correct me if I am wrong, as I haven't played the deck much till now.

    Hi there,

I have to say I never really played legacy until now, but there is a local tourney soon and I want to play Affinity at it.

I haven't got many test games in yet, so I am asking, what cards do you usualy board out?
What cards to bring in is fairly easy imho, if you know what you are up against, but I am not sure what I should board out...
What to take out against Control, Combo, Aggro, Aggro-Control...?

    My Sideboard atm is:
