I've got some INS tradeables, so cost isn't SUPER restrictive (It totally is, just moved/low funds etc. :/) But I've got full sets of INS Lands/M12 Lands, A few Karns, Some Garruk's, tons of 5-15$ value eternals. - I should be able to make a deck in the 150-250 range work of trades alone hopefully. Just less trading is preferable so I can play sooner.

I've not played since Innistrad dropped.
I've piloted Tempered Steel/Caw Blade/Wolf Run Ramp/RDW back during the Mirrodin to INS era and was top 1st to top 4 99% of the time.
I'd like to invest in a lower price, competitive/aggressive deck that should ideally be meta interchangeable.
I'm assuming RDW will be the way to go - Is there a general consensus on the best build for it at the moment? (Ideally without those 30$ dragons if they can be avoided)
Junk also interests me, though I don't know if there's any weight in that area yet?
Thanks in advance of any help anyone's able to offer. I'm hoping for a compass to guide my research rather then relearn every deck in every meta, etc.
