You've got to be kidding me.....of all the things wrong with that franchise (and there are a ton), Cam wasnt one. He's a great player and has been MTL's one playoff constant. Wanna make your team better? Get rid of the guy running it (and I dont mean the guy that doesnt speak French). Everything that's transpired over the last month are prime examples of why I cant stand the French or the Habs
maybe it wasn't Cammalleri himself that I didn't like but they way they were using him, as the way they were using a lot of players but I have to agree with the get rid of the people running the franchise.
I'm not gonna be surprised if Cammalleri started playing a lot better in Calgary, knowing the fact that the Habs haven't been using players right.
I have to say I mostly agree with this post. I find it insulting and I am personally ashamed as a person with French Canadian Heritage with the way people are reacting towards the Habs and their coach. I am personally disgusted that they want their coach fired because he doesn't speak French. Who gives a damn if he doesn't speak French. All I care about in any coach is will he help your team win and is he not a criminal/reprehensible human being. And the fact people are even considering boycotts over this and that the Montreal government said they disapprove of him not speaking French and wanted the owner to know that is disgusting, especially in this day and age.
And it isn't even like he needs to speak French for his job as English is the language that pretty much every hockey player speaks nowadays.
I wish I could say that Habs problems could be fixed by changing the front office, but I think the bigger problem with Habs are their fans who are basically forcing the Habs to be run in such a way that they can't hire the best coaches and management and if they had their way players too. I can't think of any other team's fans that really cares how many English speakers it has, if they have any at all. But it seems that if the Habs don't have a French speaking coach with French speaking players then even if they win, they are still in the wrong for not winning the "Habs" way. Which is a real shame when you consider what a proud franchise the Canadians are.
And as for Cam all thing considered was a good and respectable player and I even agree with his recent comments. The Habs have a lot of loser in them and until they realize this they aren't going to get better. I wish him all the best.

The 15 dollar a month requirement kinda takes it out of the category for this thread. Just a few months of slow time during a busy point in your life and you're dollar to time investment starts to look bad. There are plenty of cheap games that offer hundreds of hours of enjoyment for much cheaper.
I know people who spent 1000 dollars on WoW. That's a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a video game.
that's another reason why I included dawn of War: Dark Crusade, 24 hours for a game that only cost me like $20 isn't too bad compared to how much time I've put into other games
24 hours? Please. You want a game that will suck your life away? Play WoW. I have several months of game time in WoW. Sure it is $15 a month but for the amount of time people play that game, I am officially revising my answer to WoW.
So, if you want your existence to be centered around a video game, WoW seems to be the correct choice.
WoW didn't suck much of my time away, at least not as much as it did to other people I know who played it.
Most of my time in DoW: DC was over a few week period, that's why I said it.
I think I'm gonna add Mw1 and Black Ops to my list too, I've played a good amount of them, not nearly as much as other people I know who have played them though
I'll give a bit of back story, before the school year started, my friend was in a car crash and suffered problems such as depression and problems paying attention after the crash.
He decided to go to school the next term, which kinda leads to my story.
Basically, his marks weren't good enough to stay in school, so he told the school his problems and got a doctor's note to back up his claims but they made him get another person to back up his story even more, that's where I come in.
He asked me if I'd sign a form to back up his claim, which i agreed to, despite not actually seeing him in pain.
at the time, I thought I'd be a good friend and do it, but looking back at it, I'm not sure I should have done this without knowing the consequences of doing something like this in case of the fact they don't accept it and contact me because of it.
I also think I should've gotten more information out of him.
this is why I'm asking people here, was I right in wanting to help a friend stay in school, should I have gotten more information out of him or should I have just down right said no?
also, is there anything a university can do to me if they don't accept his claim ?
I try and have multiple sets of cheap staples, a lot of the time its not hard to do with stuff like doom blade and mana leak since they're so cheap but its hard with stuff like snapcaster mage
