I've been running RUG wolf run for 2 months.
Regarding your list, I would say cut 2xFrost Titan and add 2xConsecrated Sphinx.
And definitely no Desperate Ravings.

Feb 8, 2012dwaynedu posted a message on Currently Playing: Wolf Run RUG TitansI don't really think Primeval is the best titan in a meta haunted by U/w Tempo (which I plays in). It eats Mana Leak, eats Vapor Snag while the land ramp doesn't really mean anything -- you couldn't use your inkmoth safely anyway. Frost and Inferno is better than Primeval in this matchup. I'd even consider mainboarding Thrun and cutting Primevals/Sphinx to improve my matchup vs. Blue based tempo decks.Posted in: dwaynedu Blog
Too many core duals(Rootbound Crag, Sulfur Falls, Hinterland Harbor) enforces us to run more basic lands, which is not a good thing for a 3-color deck with need for RR, GG or UU.
About Dark Ascension, I'm not sure but I haven't found a card that fits this deck well yet. Currently I'm trying Huntmaster of the Fells but it's just mediocre. I do want to cut one Sphinx and put Thrun onto the starting 60.
Yet the meta would shift. Let's see what will emerge victory at this weekend's Pro Tour. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
Attila's Court
Land (R)
You may have Attila's Court enter the battlefield as a copy of any land on the battlefield, except its name is still Attila's Court, and it gains "Whenever this land becomes tapped, it deals 1 damage to you."
Assembling War Machine 3
Artifact - Vehicle (U)
Menace, trample
Whenever an artifact creature crews ~, ~ gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is that creature's power.
Crew 3 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 3 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)
3/3
Bloom from the Death BG
Enchantment (R)
Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies, create a Spore token. (It is a permanent token without permanent type.)
G: Target Spore becomes a 0/1 Plant creature.
2BG: Target Spore becomes a 2/2 Fungus creature and gains deathtouch.
4BBGG: Target Spore becomes a 5/5 Mutant creature and gains trample and deathtouch.
Ravelyn, Diplomat of the Realms GWU
Legendary Creature - Elf Advisor (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control seven or more token permanents with different names, you win the game.
4/4
The padding of the text box, line spacing together with the text size feels just not right.
~Mizzium Interferer 2U
Creature - Vedalken Wizard (R)
Flash
When Mizzium Interferer enters the battlefield, you may change one target of target spell or ability to Mizzium Interferer.
1/4
This seems instant playable in Modern.. at least for me. It is hilarious in Twin matchup (or mirrors) that it is very hard to deal with after it steals a Twin... Also good against Bogles or Burn.
Thoughts?
Necrotic Hexmancer BB
Creature - Skeleton Wizard (R)
Deathtouch
Whenever a creature an opponent controls becomes the target of a spell or ability, that creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.

This is the list I'm currently comfortable with. The list is origin from Brad Nelson's GP LA list, with some personal modifications. I dumped Wingmate Roc for more aggressively Stormbreath Dragon; still not sure the number between Sarkhan and dragon. The most impressive addition to the deck IMO, is Stoke the Flames. It feels so good combining with Hordeling, and sometimes you need the last few point of damage to win.
I kind of dislike Elspeth in maindeck, mostly because the deck plays out as a very aggressive midrange deck, and Elspeth is a late game win-con. I think going slow is not helping beating Abzan, the king of the meta, since they grinds far better than our deck. We're most likely going to lose the Elspeth war, since they have Hero's Downfall and mana dorks. Against some other matchups, I would like to see Elspeth more, such as Temur, Jeskai and control. In those matchups, blockers and continuous threat are more important.

First thought is White/Red..Every color other than red doesn't have enough creatures.
The normal versions of these cards is not misprinted.
I asked other guys from Taiwan and overseas that Traditional Chinese version and English version does not have this kind of misprint.
Is there any other language version that has this misprint as well?

Exile target creature card from your graveyard. Put a black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield with its power equals to the exiled card's power and toughness equals to the exiled card's toughness.

Deckbuilder Wu Tong's comment:
"I think the pace of the metagame is set by decks like Mono Black devotion. The deck tends to break the pace and force my opponent to catch up with me. That is why I don't use Nykthos or Polukranos, as they slow the pace of the deck in favor of mono black."
