Reflector Mage is essentially Siege Rhino - efficienct, swingy, annoying to play against. It's likely the best creature in Standard because how important it is to its various decks.
That being said, it's two colors, isn't an auto include in all blue or white decks, and doesn't warp the format around it.
Probably not a bad time to sell - Origins is coming out soon and people are going to start liquidating their Modern staples to pay for Prerelease and Release events. Standard staples will begin to rise as excitement for a new Standard environment hits and Modern staples will need to fall to absorb the effects.
There still is PTQ season with Modern events online I believe, so I don't expect Blood Moon to plummet too hard. I would sell it soon if you aren't using it for any Modern deck, tho.
Overall, when is it best to sell modern staples? The week Modern Festival takes place?
Non reprinted Modern staples - yes. Although there is going to be a lot of Modern this summer with PTQs and such.
MTGO brass increased the length of time you can draft MMA2015 by 3+ weeks, which is a big detriment to value of the set. A lot more supply should drop the price of MMA2015 staples. I would actually sell some of them now if you aren't willing to play the long-term game with them.
I wouldn't sell any Modern staples for at least another few weeks, minimum.
With Origins still more than a month away, the Modern Festival, and other Modern PTQs, there is room to grow still on MTGO Modern cards.
Hell, I'm close to advocating investing on recently-reprinted staples from MMA2015 - prices are historically low on cards like Cryptic, Goyf, Fulminator, etc.
There is a Modern/Standard split SCG event (with Top 8 being Modern) this weekend and multiple Grand Prix's coming up for Modern - I would buy Sunday morning.
The new MMA2 pack prize payouts could increase the supply, however...
Lack of "Pack Per Win" destroyed TPR's viability - the events do not fire due to lack of casual appeal and the supply is way too low.
There may be an opportunity to buy in on Wasteland again this weekend when Modern Masters 2015 hits. Tickets will be at a premium and I suspect the price will drop slightly.
Did everyone honestly expect each pack to contain $5 bills?
The set is already loaded with opportunities to open currently expensive cards. If WoTC made a set with $500 expected box value, how much do you think the secondary market would jack up price of boxes? How do you think it would affect everyone's feelings on collecting valuable cards?
If your goal is to earn value in the short term, drafting this set is a terrible idea, especially since current bots will not be paying a premium to buy Wasteland or City of Traitors with the supply increasing.
I will definitely be looking to buy both cards right before the MMA2 hype hits full, tho.
DTK on the other-hand is still rising AFTER the Release Events have ended - which is very atypical. Typically when supply is high, sets will drop. DTK seems not to care.
Redemption should have an impact, but this set has a lot of positive attributes with it avoid early rotation (unlike KTK and FRF).

The casual player doesn't want to open obsolete junk cards and have to 2-1 a pod at minimum to win any packs... seems like a blown opportunity.

Seems like the ZEN man-lands are out. Should come back in the next block tho.
ETA: I don't think we'll see a partial cycle for lands like we saw with Commands...
There might still be value @ 1.4 tix... you could put your money is worse places.
