While its just a first draft but I'll share my list as I have it.

My Cube is designed for a 4 person Glimpse draft...so when completed it will be 540 cards.

I kept things at a 3:2:1 ratio except for having two Mirror Entity.

I probably added things at a higher power level than the Unstable set, especially the Artifacts.

Not sure what more to add or take out.

Unstable gives us many of the needed cards to create an un-cube. How are people looking at structuring it?

Some questions that will need to be adressed for any un-cube creator will be contraptions, size, and themes,

My thoughts on contraptions are to create seprate packs of 20-25 contraptions for people to build their contraption deck with, treating them kind of like basic land and not draft them. I want to free the space up for other cards and still give people the option of using them if they want.

I would only have 3-4 people at a time so size can be flexable from 180 to 540 depending on type of draft and how many supporring themes and non un cards I want to inclue. Thoughts?

I have started working on this project of a small 4 person cube.

Right now I have the following ideas as a guidelines but I am flexible.

The cube will be 192 cards - 4 packs of 12 using a 3/4ths draft (the final 4 cards in each pack are not drafted)

The theme I want to work with is a snow and wastes theme. Imagine an environment that is plagued by an Ice Age, and as such colored mana are a scarcity. Each player will be given 15 wastes lands and any colored land will be drafted and come in the form of snow-lands.

This will also be mostly a colorless set, with some flavorful colored spells added in.

I am looking at 4 snow covered lands per color (I can be flexible with this) so 20 Snow Lands
I also have 86 creatures and 86 other spells.

Not sure how much of these 86 should be colored spells and how many should be colorless. I am also working at figuring out what archetypes I should work to incorporate that would go with the theme. This will be an underpowerd cube list, that should end up being interactive and fun.

Any ideas and help filling this out would be helpful.

Im looking to build a deckbuilder toolbox for my son. He tends to play BRG in different combinations. Im looking mainly common and uncommon and very casual, his playgroup at school is not competitive and many like my son are just learning. Its been a few years since I last played so I have little knowedge of recent sets.

So I would like to build some fun casual monocolor EDH decks that can be used both in a 5 person multiplayer format like Color Wheel MTG and by themselves. Balance and budget should be the key, im looking at about 100-200 per deck. What commanders should I look at that would be fun and casual?
