Does anyone have a good, standard RB Goblins list?
I have a basic list that I last used a page or so back.
I know there's another black card similar to Earwig Squad (that also pulls cards out of someone's deck) I've seen used.
That was probably Bitter Ordeal. I think some people used that before the last restrictions.
Has Goblins just become a cheap reactionary deck to decks with limited win conditions like Long or Tendrils?
Earwig Squad has definately helped Goblins become better. If it's prowled out, and even if it doesn't remove the other deck's win conditions, I can hamper their plans. The Tendrils combo match is one I'm not too confidant about. Luckily, not too many in the New England area play combo. There's a fair amount of Slaver though, and some Shops.
Wow. That sounds pretty good. But the problem with Orim's Chant is that I'd really need to be able to play the kicker...which you can't really play if it's imprinted on Isochron Scepter...or an you?
I'm pretty sure it'll stay. With the release of Lorwyn, Stax is getting more popular because of Thorns. At a 15 proxy tournament I attended on Saturday, the top 8 consisted of:
1 GAT
1 Gush Tendrils
1 Stackless Stax
1 Stax
1 Affinity
1 Bomberman
2 Mono R Goblins
In total (from what I remeber from the metagame breakdown), there were 9 Gush based decks and 8 Workshop based decks out of 36 players. So, out of all those 2 Gush based and 3 Workshop based decks made top 8 (along with 2 of the 3 Goblin decks in the tourney. The last one getting 9th on breakers.)
how does shattering spree kill chalice set at 1 at all, regardless of 3phere in play or not.
Chalice only counters played spells. It won't do anything to the replicated copies. For RR, you can destroy a Chalice set at 1. For RRR, you can destroy a Chalice set at 1, and a Trinisphere.
???Mystic Enforcer got Protection from Black not red ?and if u fear the hunt pay one red mana more ...for splitt second .Sure 3 Red Mana are though but it also means that u get your damage
It's not Mystic Enforcer's protection, but its flying (as long as they have threshold) that protects it from Molten Disaster.
It's going to depend what we both have on the board, what's in my hand, and how many cards are in their hand. Usually, earlier in the game I'll take the 5 damage, and let them draw 3 cards later on in the game.
I like the idea of Timbermare in the deck, it seems like a really good late game card with the deck playing with so much mana. If you pay the echo, you can basically hit for five every turn with Shapeshifter in play. Another option is llanowar empath, i guess as sort of a scrying sheets every turn, it seems like it could be outstanding with chronicler and 8 shuffle effects.
If a Shapeshifter is already in play, the come into play effects of Timbermare and Empath won't trigger if you copy them.
Just thought I'd clear this up. Lot-Void only works on opponents, not yourself... Otherwise, this would be a pretty cool combo
That's exactly how he said to use it. With the Leyline out, the opponent won't be putting any creatures into his graveyard, and the Bridge won't be removed from the game with it's own effect.

Planeswalker is a, currently, non-existant card type. Tarmogoyf is a "time-shifted" card that shows the type of card that could exist in a future set.

Not the turn it comes into play.
Same with me. I played it last season, so I'm playing it again this season.
Needles only stop activated abilities. Ichorid has a triggered ability.
