    I could agree with that, but you should'nt be playing this deck against heavy MUC anyways. But if your worried about MUC run something along the lines of Sylvan Syrcing and Boseiju or Molder Slug.

    Also i do really like the idea of main-decked Perscutes in this deck like Dr.Tom uses.

    Where was there talk about Rude Awakening,i know there was a few pages back. But we setled that, and came to the conclusion that Rude is in fact bad for this deck. I don't think we need to bring this back up otherwise were just going to have more bickering over it.

    Anyways, im going to run this at my local turny this saterday, it wont be overly big. But i know the meta pretty much. I need help with my bored.

    BG death cloud
    RG Beats
    MUC
    MGB
    WW
    and there will be a lot of radom decks throwing in there.

    any sugestions on my bored?

    Well i see one problem is you need something other then green for mana accel. I would sugest running Baubles over then Elders. Just because they are colorless and they help you with your mana problems.

    Ghostly Prison could make a good addition to your deck as well, and you need to find some source of card draw maybe thrist for knowledge?

    Yeah, thats magic-league for ya. Most of the people on their are just a bunch of JSS net deckers. Some of them don't and some of them are good players but you don't find them much.

    But i think this could be a very good deck with the right playtesting and right modifacations, this deck could be golden. I will try to work on it tonigh at my local store but i don't think i will have enough time.

    I don't think you need more death clouds or Kokusho, this deck actually can hurt its self by using a death cloud, and by that i wouldnt run 4. Also Kokusho is very high CC so i would only play 3, even if i had the mana i would only run 3 kokushos.

    I think Dr.Toms list needs more removal and Shamans and then it will be great.

    This deck top 8'd at a regionals, not magic-league. And Magic-League dosen't really count, almost all the players on there suck, only once in ahwile i play good players on there. But further more this deck is great in a heavy MGB and MUC meta-game and i don't think RG has a good match-up vs this.

    Yeah, thats the same way i fell about BG. it needs to go more aggro to be competive again. Also running 4 Perscutes seems a little overbored, i know you want to draw i early but it isnt worth running 4 of them. I also think you need to run some Shamans. I would say, take out Rend Flesh for Terrors, and take out 2 Perscutes for 2 Shamans. also look into maybe only running 2/3 Solems for more creature removal and more shamans.

    Also you can see how incredibly slow the deck would be. Thats prolly its main problem, it would roll over to Ponza, and defintally have trobles with MGB, even MUC for that matter as long as you don't run a lot of discard. And tooth wont be everyones "Big bad deck" because its losing a lot of popularity, cause people are finding out, that tooth isnt that great.

    I was thinking that to also, adding Meloku would be good. Since there is no way we can't play Beacon we could use the extra creatures. Also maybe cutting a Jitte for a Sword.... because the sword gives you more card draw. Also i fell that we need to work on the sidebored, it seems rather random.

    I was looking on a site today, and i stumpled on a very instresting deck. it was UG beats. It was weird because i was just thinking about a deck like this but never had the motive to make it. Well here is a list that got top 8 at regionals.





    The deck is very intresting indeed, with Shackles playing a diffrent roll as it does in MUC, you take there creautres to Elimnate potential blockers and deal extra damage. You also don't lose that good MUC match-up that MGB has, and you have a good match-up against that. This deck has a lot of potential and im going to star playtesting it... anyone else intrested?

    UB just dosen't work well together, UG and MUC are both better control decks, UB dosent provide enough answers. And its a very high mana-curve deck also. This dosen't help your causes much either. I'm not saying it can't be a good deck, but its gonna take the right meta-game for it to work.

    I go with Incinerated on this, how can you possibely veiw Zealot as a horrible card, it fits nicely with the deck curve, and it gives you a natrualize on a creature not bad eh? Also it is very important vs. WW and MUC, wich is another reason for running it.

    Also Pin-Pin has no game vs. MGB, sure it can pull of wins here and there but 1 extraction is GG for them. Also Plow Under is amazing vs PinPin, it makes them have to search and waste there vital accel. And MGB can just take over after a Plow Under, by playing a 2nd one or Witness's wich is just icing on the cake.

    Perscute comes down the same turn as Extraction. and perscute would be much more devastating then a extraction. And why not run a Boseiju for a staple and get that to. Other wise, your Extraction or Perscute will never resolve.
