I've grown tired of my old sig after several years of use(thanks to the original creator whose name escapes me), and would like to get one more fitting to my current legacy list(ANT).
You need not fit all four arts in there, but some combination of 2 or 3 of Empty the Warrens, Tendrils of Agony, Past in Flames, and Ad Nauseam would be great.
EDIT: Edited for card tags and correct set images.
The goal of this change is an attempt to make the manabase more stable against Wasteland and other mana denial effects/sideboard cards, which are prevelant in my local metagame.
i always assumed you were aloud to, but most people just passed over it unless someone was like "i have something to do, hold on"
but i kid in where i play started having a conniption when i went to cast hero's downfall on his courser of kruphix after he drew his card just so i could get some info from his deck. but he insisted i did not have priority to do anything.
i tried to explain to him, that during the draw step after you draw a card each player gets priority before the current player is aloud to cast sorcery spells and play lands. but he didnt believe me.
so am i completely wrong in my thinking? and if so, how do people get away vendilion cliqueing during a draw phase?
You are correct, but 99% of the time there's no reason to use priority on the draw step
Not only that, but you may have cards in hidden zones like Dark Ritual or a Spirit Guide. You don't have to answer this question, but if you did, you probably just need to: (1) make sure it's absolutely clear which of your on-the-battlefield mana sources are tapped and untapped; and (2) how much mana is left in your pool.
The latter is a reasonable thing for the opponent to ask, particularly if you cast a spell where you might or might not have used up all the mana in your pool.
Actually you are required to announce if you have any mana floating in your mana pool: 106.4a. If a player passes priority (see rule 116) while there is mana in his or her mana pool, that player announces what mana is there. If any mana remains in a player’s mana pool after he or she spends mana to pay a cost, that player announces what mana is still there.
But you're right, if your opponent still asks, you're required to answer (this is free information: • Details of current game actions and past game actions that still affect the game state.)
What qualifies as announcement? For example, while playing high tide, would using a set of dice count as an announcement? Or, during the combo turn, do you think that a judge would take issue with leaving it as an assumption of the opponent that mana is still floating, but answering the amount upon questioning?
As a judge, I would agree that dice marking mana in the pool counts as an announcement. If a player doesn't believe that to be correct, however I would require the opponent to say between spells as it is all to the uncooperative player's disadvantage to waste time as storm or high tide is combining anyway
After the non-active player resolves a Bile Blight targeting a Brain Maggot. Player B passes priority back and after it is cast, and allows it to resolve, where in the comprehensive rules is it stated that a new game object also named Brain Maggot will be unaffected(in this case, the new game object came off of the stack after being cast from the active player's hand)
Any ideas how to make this deck better? Basic idea is overrun with tokens(without getting out of these colors, I just like the idea of a WB token deck, even if it's not competitive)

3 Abrupt Decay
1 Ad Nauseam
2 Chain of Vapor
1 Echoing Truth
2 Massacre
1 Pithing Needle
2 Surgical Extraction
2 Xantid Swarm
1 Young Pyromancer
The change would cause the manabase to become this(everything except the lands remains the same)
The reason for the change is that the Bloodstained Mire can fetch both Bayou and Underground Sea, as well as Volcanic Island, allows me an extra way of finding my basic Swamp, and makes me stronger against Pithing Needle. The Bayou also castsXantid Swarm and Dark Ritual and can both cast disruption and start my combo after attacking with Xantid Swarm.
The goal of this change is an attempt to make the manabase more stable against Wasteland and other mana denial effects/sideboard cards, which are prevelant in my local metagame.
