Im playing mono red vs summoning trap green, I need the last few points, attack with my only creature, he casts summoning trap, revealing wurmcoil engine and blocks, he wins 6 life, but, i have in hand Kuldotha rebirth and Mark of Mutiny, you can see what happens in my second main phase right? I mark of mutiny his Wurmcoil and then sacrifice it to kuldotha Rebirt and get all 3 goblin tokens and both Wurm token for me, he scoops.
Planeswalkers are very unfun, but not in the sense of being frustrating to play against, like counterspells and LD, but they are really not exciting at all for both players, they are just overpowered, not very interactive permanents that are also slow (not very useful in aggro or combo, just in control and midrange decks) and it is always easy to make te right play with them. They are just so boring to me.
Yes I agree in most of those points, but other forms of cheating require some kind of planification, a previous and conscious decision to act in a bad way in the future, with Stalling is different, you just stumble upon the opportinity to use it, you can's plan it, and this is where guys like Saito fall. That is why i think Stalling is in a lower level of cheating.
I think DCI is using this as an exemplary measure (the exaggerated 18 months)...they can use a Pro's long suspension to get the message to more people about punishment for cheating.
I don't agree with the notion that people belong to one of two groups, cheaters and non cheaters.
Cheating is an action, not a condition of a person, your are not punished for BEING a cheater, you're punished for having cheated.
DCI must not persecute people considered as cheaters, they should just punish the action of cheating in tournaments. Otherwise this becomes a witch hunt. Maybe you guys would like that, I wouldn't, there will be no real justice in that case.

Yeah yeah, this is business and all that, but the DCI acts with some justice standards, otherwise they wouldn`t have prestige and all those things required to be credible and to encourage players to play in their tournaments.
I don't agree with the people saying he shouldn't get into the HOF saying he got there cheating. Where was the DCI back then?, where were the judges when he was cheating? you guys have no prove of this.
If I steal something tomorrow the police can't just go into my house and say "hey, he maybe stole most of this stuff too, so lets present charges for that too" and then put me in jail for a longer period. NO, we must assume inocence until proven guilty. No, the stories of the friend of my friend of my friend who was in GP columbus watching a game 10 meters away dont count as prove.
