its actually something I am looking into unfortunately I don't have the template skills and have been actively looking for planechase templates, if i cant find any i will attempt to make my own, probably wont be the over-sized versions but standard card size

I doubt Jiskim's second ability could cost just 1 loyalty. That's akin to 7 turns of locking your opponent on turn 4, which is very, VERY absurd. I believe -3 is a better bet. No qualms on his last though.

Well the thought was since he cant gain any loyalties I felt it was balanced. and depending on the deck your playing you might not do the first ability, you might just do the last and keep it out for the first static ability.

Not 100% sure what you are trying to do with this. Would you want something like "whenever your opponent casts a spell reverse the spell and act as if you caste it." or something like that?
