Sac Xiahou Dun putting Deathrender trigger on the stack first and then targeting card in graveyard, Pay 2 to copy Xiahou Dun's ability with Rings targeting Xiahou Dun. Xiahou Dun and target black card in graveyard go to your hand an then Deathrender's trigger resolves putting Xiahou Dun back into play with Deathrender attached, ready to go again.
Basically it boils down to 2: Return target black card from your graveyard to your hand.
I will definitely be adding some of the Modern Horizons goblins to the deck. We are just getting back into M:tg after a 2 year hiatus and I am still in the process of updating decks.
Shirei, Shizo's Caretakerin my Meren deck. Shirei used to be my commander until Meren was printed and the black half of the deck was all in Shirei. It just made sense to involve a second color since black has certain.... deficiencies.
I play at 2 different LFGS and a kitchen table table group. One LFGS uses partial Paris with a freebie while the other and the kitchen table group uses a modified GIS mulligan. You are allowed as many full 7-card mulligans as you want as long as you reveal and set aside a hand that has 0,1,2 or 7 lands. The LFGS gives one free mulligan that you don't have to reveal, just set aside.
I prefer the Gis Mulligan as we have a great many combo decks and I feel that Partial Paris (especially with a freebie!)allows the combo player too much opportunity to sculpt his hand. I have been bitten in the rear by my preferred mulligan though, having to keep a hand that had Gaea's Cradle, Maze of Ith and a filter land.
Our group uses a modified Gis mulligan because we feel that PP offers the combo player too many opportunities to sculpt their hand. We say that you can get a free mull if you do not have 3-6 lands in hand. You set that hand aside, face up and draw 7 more. Repeat until you get a hand that has 3-6 lands or you decide to stop (2 lands and a Sol Ring). We have gotten every group we play with to adopt this mulligan and everyone seems to enjoy it. The shop where I play most has also adopted it with the addition that the first mull is free (doesn't care how many lands you have) and is set aside face down.
As far as I know, no one has abused it by altering their deck construction.
I have played at a LGS with this type of rule and it led to more problems than solutions. The best solution I have heard is to implement a rule that gives each player an emblem replicating the effects of Stranglehold. This DOES make graveyard strategies stronger though, so an emblem replicating Grafdigger's Cage is also an option.
With no library searching, no extra turns and no graveyard-to-battlefield effects, infinite combos are still possible, but they will have to be drawn into. This also removes a LOT of expensive cards from the format, freeing up space to do more interesting things in decks.
I have to admit that I have never played under such a system and it would nuke a lot of my decks.
Some cards/generals/archtypes rendered useless by these emblems:
All black tutors
fetchlands
Corpse Dance
Captain Sisay
Arcum Daggsson
Daretti
Shirei Stax
Living Death
Mayael
Survival of the Fittest
Green Sun Zenith
Past in Flames
Yawgmoth's Will
etc.
You've overlooked the easiest ways to make infinite mana. Just pair Umbral Mantle, Sword of the Paruns, or Staff of Domination with any of the big mana elves. BTW, you are missing one of the big mana elves - Wirewood Channeler. Swiftfoot boots would be better as Lightning Greaves as you can move it around for free. Couple this with a couple of mana elves that produce more mana than they cost and Coudstone Curio and you have another way to make infinite mana. You didn't list your mana base, but since you mentioned Nykthos and you run Kamahl, having Kamahl animate it (or Gaea's Cradle) allows you to equip the three artifacts I mentioned at the beginning. If you run Maze of Ith, it can combo with Argothian Elder to make infinite mana during you attack step (Really the only time you need it with Ezuri). If you add in any (or all) of the mana doublers (Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, Mana Reflection, Vernal Bloom, Argothian Elder can go infinite with Wirewood Lodge and one other land.
It looks like you have based an awful lot of your strategy around Cloudstone Curio, but have no way to reliably get it out. I recommend Ring of Three Wishes and/or Planar Portal.
You could try Omnath, Locus of Mana. He can be the fattest of fatties and is what a buddy of mine uses when not playing his Mayael deck. Last game Omnath was 200/200 +
Deathrender + Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed + Rings of Brighthearth to copy Xiahou Dun's ability.

If you find one in green, I would be surprised since green wants to destroy artifacts more than tutor them up.
This wouldn't be for an Ezuri, Renegade Leader deck by any chance, would it?

It turns off counterspells and makes your opponents use removal outside of your turn. It also tends to slow down multi-colored decks.
