19 Lands is not enough. . .
If you're serious about playing huge cards like Bolas and Grisel you will need 23-26 at the very least and that's before adding in cards that accelerate your mana
Don't play Bone Splinters without Undying creatures
If still want your discard creatures there's always Undying Evil
Ajani, Caller of the Pride is hard to remove, comes the turn after priest, and would force your opponent to act when they may not be ready
Skeleton Grimace looks equally good as a turn 3 play after Priest so long as your opponent doesn't use non-damage removal like Dimir Charm
Divine Favor would probably be a good 2 of in the sideboard reguardless as it really slows down R and would get you out of tight spots that Mutilate could put you in
Adaptation is too slow and regen stops exile effects that Pillar of Flame would cause
Ghost Concil is amazing, but I've noticed that WB has a really awful early game and usually can't come back out of it's hole once he finally hits
I see you splashed R also. . .
Are the goblins more worth it to you than Gather the Townsfolk and Gideon as your 4 drop legend??
Rakdos's Return is awful without mana ramp
Descent is too slow without ramp and players will often just target extra lands or their own tokens (gotta think about the mirror)
It would be silly if you lost before you even got the 5 mana out
Ravenous Rats is fine, but I'd seriously ditch your other low drops
Get some undying creatures in there instead or the instant that grants undying with other strong low drops like Ravenous Rats
If you go W you'd get access to Blind Obedience which might be all the stall you need
R would net you Reckless Waif and Slumbering Dragon which could give you some powerful answers for games 2 or 3 depending on your opponent's deck (you pass turn and use burn after your opponent attacks netting you maximum counters or you just run over a control deck with Waif)
G could get you some nasty miracle cards and other instant cards that can protect your few chosen creatures
Probably a lot to think about, but GTC is opening up virtually every color combination so you need to put in the extra time to see where each offshoot of the deck lands
When I made this deck I actually put it in a sub folder called "Bad Decks" and thought it had no chance
Turned out to just keep beating people and counter most of the early test meta
One guy even asked about the deck since it was doing so well and thought it was junk after I showed him the list; he went on to rematch me with a control deck with similar results
I rolled over most fast aggro, was fast enough for control, and creatures get big enough to deal with slow roll decks that run stuff like Tragtusk and Blind Obedience
If I can find a way to DL it from a 3rd party site I might still be able to look into it
A list of spoiled cards is available along with 90% of the rules
I've put together patch text files before; it's really not that hard
This thread is mainly to feel out the community to see if this is worth perusing
There's no reason to run Black Cat now that Ravenous Rats is back in the format
Blood Artist has zero synergy with Disciple of Bolas
Get a guy like Slumbering Dragon in over Drainpipe Vermin and swap Goblin Arsonist for Pillar of Flame so you can actually deal with undying creatures

Swap Harvest Pyre for Searing Spear. . . being able to target a player is a big deal or use Thunderous Wrath
Sign in Blood is usually better than Underworld connections just because you can get new cards 2 turns earlier
Lot to think about. . .

Here's an existing deck if you need some ideas before you mod it for GTC:
http://www.mtgtop8.com/event?e=4217&d=224615
You don't need to force undying if the mana curve isn't right, but they seem like the obvious choice for Slumlord since they essentially die twice
G gets you Giests. . . I'd at the very least run those
Krenko is fun, but any creature 4cc or above that dies to Searing Spear is usually a no go
Instead of discard you might want to try to think of a way of turning High Priest into a beater. . .
If your opponent is too afraid to attack it would buy you time for an almost certain win if you went gather + gideon
Appetite for Brains could probably go in your sideboard unless everyone in your format is running a bunch of high drops

Altar's Reap for sure and use mana ramp. . .

Or use the button in the full editor that are next to the mana symbols:
4 Avacyn's Pilgrim
4 Doomed Traveler
4 Strangleroot Geist
4 Centaur Healer
4 Loxodon Smiter
3 Wolfir Silverheart
1 Ajani, Caller of the Pride
Instant:
4 Cloudshift
2 Selesnya Charm
Sorcery:
1 Increasing Savagery
2 Revenge of the Hunted
Artifact:
1 Conjurers Closet
2 Rancor
1 Oblivion Ring
Lands:
9 Forest
7 plains
3 Gavony Township
4 Sunpetal Grove
Also you will need a number next to ajani or it won't get linked
Step two would be to probably get rid of doomed traveler for 4 Borderland Ranger and then up Wolfir Silverheart to a 4 of
Next step would be to dump cloudshift for either more Increasing Savagery or the other +1/+1 counter miracle card
Blessing of Nature I think
Conjurer's Closet is too slow and Rancor isn't better than just using Hunger of the howlpack unless you have first strike
Noble seems out of place with your mana curve and for being so creature heavy only a couple of them effect the board the same turn you play them
3 Thalia with 13 non-creature spells seems counter intuitive
Also Firemane looks incredibly risky as a 4 drop with only 3 toughness
No reason why Hellrider is only a 3 of and have you looked into anything above 4cc?
Is B a must have with delver?
Knight of Infamy and Augur of Bolas seem like weak choices right now
If you go W you'd get access to Blind Obedience which might be all the stall you need
R would net you Reckless Waif and Slumbering Dragon which could give you some powerful answers for games 2 or 3 depending on your opponent's deck
(you pass turn and use burn after your opponent attacks netting you maximum counters or you just run over a control deck with Waif)
G could get you some nasty miracle cards and other instant cards that can protect your few chosen creatures

It's a bit early to be discrediting the thread, but since you bring up a potential flaw maybe you can tell me what combos RDW is running
---
WorldWiz
It's up to 5 bears + 4 damage + your turn 1 + Battalion Mechanics in a format where nearly every sweeper costs 4 or more
The two alone is usually enough to net you the early game or retake board advantage when you're on the draw against other aggro
---
TwinSais:
Pure burn is off topic, but if you're putting together a deck where you treat Boros Reckoner like burn I'd be interested in critiquing it
Is RDW that boring now?
I always though haste / dmg combos is what made them the decks to play
Anyway my tiny rant aside I was hoping to co-author a deck, but if none are interested I'll just get to testing with what I got
Guess I'll update my findings later
