i love fungal behemoth and mirrorweave in this kind of deck
mirrorweave targeting fungal behemoth when you have a pile of creatures with +1/+1 counters and they have none... lol hard
for decks like these i always recommend the usual suspects doubling season for win more mirrorweave buff and board wipe at the same time fungal behemoth sledgehammer of death (hilarious to mirrorweave)
you might also benefit from fate transfer for ashling
i believe the card you are looking for if you want to be a jerk is voltaic construct and also doubling season
Then there's a ton of fun things you can do with those counters =]
if you're keeping those colours i suggest you run opposition for lock-down, tap your opponents mana at end of upkeep...
since you're running so much proliferate you might want to land it up with Oran-Rief, the Vastwood and watch the saprolings grow from there. it does slow you down a little though with the etb tapped. utopia mycon in my opinion totally better than thallid.
I really like fecundity for draw, unfortunately your deck has to get going a bit for it and it can benefit the opponent. other people prefer stuff like skullclamp in a weenie deck.
and maybe some mana acceleration ?
unfortunately after all my probably useless advice, i have no idea what lands you could play that would be best for duals.
as always for this deck i'll go ahead and recommend mirrorweave.
if it weren't modular i'd say fungal behemoth and vigor but they don't cross into your colours and you can't modular onto them.
still mirrorweave works pretty well to clear the board for you =]
but i suppose life and limb with mind bend would be most hilarious against mono decks with lots of basic lands, especially if you can wrath the board...

i just selected your deck from within and pasted it into plain old deck tags...
you do have 3 threads though, probably worth deleting the others if you can before a mod grumbles at you for it.
i love the feel of your deck but here's what everyone is about to tell you
consistency is key:
pick a strategy and run with it all the way. having the same colours is not a strategy.
(you have land destruction and counterspell and removal control and having all of them spreads the deck a bit thin in my opinion)
and of course ensure cards key to your deck are 4X
unfortunately I don't really play control though so all i can really do is recommend a card or two to help you with this particular deck you have trouble with. Engineered Plague which is brutal to allies if you get a few out early but then falls off a bit as they get going.
assumming his deck works with spamming +1/+1 counters everywhere kulrath knight and crytoplast manipulator would both be fun too.
well you could darksteel reactor it up
and maybe splash red for dismantle (though it's not that much reason to go red it's pretty good with sun droplet orrr depending on how fast you get it out eternity vessel.)
doubling season is also cool in counter decks but probably not really worth splashing green for

and for getting the counters off you Leeches is the only card i know of
don't know if Pyromancer Ascension is worth it in a deck with so few of the same instant/sorcery spells

i like zombie master for regenerate (the errata makes him a zombie so he works for other stuff too)
stromgald crusader to deal with flying
nameless inversion works as a kill spell, it counts as a zombie card for souless one, is cheaper with undead warchief and can be reused with lord of the undead
tbh i prefer aura shards.
Aura Mutation can work for enchantments too but it's only enchantments...

would have thought glare of subdual would deal with the fliers
you could use sterling grove can be used to get glare or shards
i prefer saproling symbiosis over stuff like sprout swarm
and finally utopia mycon might help to get your mana base a little more reliable
