I would like to emphasize how good Exhaustion is it wins games. I have recently rebuilt this deck in paper but this should give you a good place to start.
Liege of the Tangle is a solid finisher that must be answered if it hits you only need to awaken 2-3 lands - more then that and your just leaving yourself vulnerable.
