As I said in the last thread, I don't think you should be awarded points for beating your own decks. That just encourages you to game the system by submitting one "win" deck, and two patsies.
So by that reckoning, Lithel wins with 72 points. Feyd_Ruin is second with 70 (because his Chancellor deck doesn't have to fight his Exalted Angel). All the other 78-point decks go down to 66.
This thread is for the discussion of my latest article, Cranial Insertion: Authorlace. We would be grateful if you would let us know what you think, but please keep your comments on topic.
I mean, I'm kind of glad because I'm the only one who bothered playing a real creature, and that meant I lost utterly... but this private message system seems really flaky.
Is this supposed to modify the oracle text of creature cards? Or does it mean that if a permanent becomes a creature, it starts giving its abilities to all other creatures?
I suggest an additional restriction, to keep in the spirit of Sliver week - you must use a creature card to win. (i.e. stop playing Planeswalker's Fury!)
And actually, the oracle text on Chaos Lord is exactly what you posted. The last update fixed it.
If we're looking for special week idea, I'd like to see a two-headed giant week. You control two players who share 30 life and take simultaneous turns. Either they play two separate 1-card decks, or else they both play the same 1 card.
Nom_Anor: Barrin can't bounce Mobilization. He can only target creatures, so all he can do is bounce Soldiers for a while, but he can't do much damage; by turn 6 you're making two Soldiers a turn, and I can't keep up. 0-6.

Though to be fair, this time it would have won by beating the winning decks and reducing their scores, not by getting a better record overall.
1 Drifter
2 Taste, 14-20
Kudzu
3 8-20
Warhammer, Kudzu is 2/2. Might as well attack, 8-18
4 2-18
Equip warhammer, Kudzu is 6/3, attack 8-12
And now you're gaining life faster than Drifter is killing you.
