Reiterating here for the Council's attention: I'd like to request a blacklist for TappingStones.

I had to disqualify him from ST:MU4 for severe unsporting conduct after he'd repeatedly trolled his way into three infractions and a forum suspension. He was also modkilled in Mind Screw for similar behavior. This kind of disruption can ruin games & I think the Council should consider stopping it from happening again.

Star Trek: Myriad Universes IV has ended in a Cythare, Serial Killer victory.

Ghosting (Nakamura) was denied signup due to probation status and a potentially game-ruining incident in one of my previous games.
    Necarg was replaced for inactivity.
    Yomako requested replacement.
    Rhand was replaced for inactivity.
    DotArchon was replaced for inactivity.
Brinatoo requested replacement, but died before being replaced.
Wheat_Grinder was replaced for inactivity (explained by a mod error with the PM), was replaced by Seppel, who was himself replaced by Wheat_Grinder returning to the game.
Seppel replaced in & was replaced out for inactivity (may not have seen the PM)
TappingStones was disqualified (modkill pre-empted by lynch) for severe unsporting conduct including multiple troll infractions (and a forum suspension triggered by those infractions) in the game thread. My understanding is he was modkilled in Mind Screw at roughly the same time for the same issues, so rather than a probation request, I'm just going to come right out and say Blacklist requested.
Zinger2099 was modkilled for inactivity (no replacement available.)
Killjoy was modkilled for inactivity (no replacement available.)

And if she's indeed bulletproof, then I see no way she would ever lose the game.

Yeah, Rax and I realized partway in that the bulletproof should've been one-shot, not permanent. There should also probably have been another check on the SK, too. We did our best to balance out such a complex game, but if something wound up a bit overtuned, then you have my apologies.

It was that way early in the design phase, but a few changes made at the review stage led to this as a balance thing, which we completely botched. I'd say this is worse than the Spot from MU1 Frown

Between this and the ending putting Q on a rapidly exploding bus, I'm seriously considering ending the series here. Is it time to say "it's been a good nine years of this series, time to move on?"

Fable, D_V, CFC, Half_Time, and Shockwave.

The full setup will come once we've got it in a postable format, which should be later tonight.

I have to make a store run, then I'll be sanitizing the setup document (removing things that were lazily left in there after reviewers told me to pull them from the game, so that I'd be able to find them when I go back to the well for MU5), adding some flavor annotations to explain things in more detail (KoD's claim, for example... I'd bet $100 that none of you guys have read the book I pulled that from) and detailing exactly where I ****ed up in design that let Cythare pull off that Exodia of a win.

    Sorry.

Been busier than busy this week and will likely be so for the next week. I've done the quickest of skim, but I need to go back and read through the claim and reactions.

    But,

    vote teradas

I didn't not vote yesterday because I couldn't. I'll leave that until a vote count so you stop worrying about that. I hope to be back tonight!

If Taredas is scum I will literally paypal $5 to annorax for finally having the balls to make Spot scum.

    This is a bad vote.

I just had to find the right place to do it. Seems to have worked Smile

In the end, if there's a SK, I hope it's Spot so I can at least LMAO despite losing.

(And then proceed to rage at Annorax for undisclosed reasons but I digress)

Don't you just hate it when you're right?

We have all night abilities that are relevant, so we'll get an early Day start.

Day breaks on Deep Space Nine, and again, the population gathers in the Promenade to find that their number has been reduced yet again.

Silvercrys, Leck, Eliminator's body was found in his quarters. His head, though, has not turned up anywhere. There'll be a stationwide announcement if it does turn up.

D_V, Nog, Alternate Reality Strongman also didn't turn up for the town's morning meet-and-autopsy. A search of his quarters revealed nothing but suspicious, foot-shaped burn marks on the carpet.

    6 alive, 4 to lynch.

@Mods: I have an idea in attempting to preserve the integrity of game.

If no replacements are found, we lynch Zinger (that would probably end up happening anyway) and the scum team forfeits its NK so KJ's modkill funcionally acts like it.

Obviously it isn't the best case scenario (messes up with votecount analysis, investigative roles and pretty much everything that targets), but well, we work with what we have.

    Thoughts?

Eco cannot replace Zinger. I'm still hunting for replacements, but if we don't find any shortly, Teia and I will have to make some hard choices.

Totally understandable and not your fault at all, since we've five replacements up to this point.

Maybe Eco can take on KJ's role since he's mentoring him anyway? That way replacing in a 2.5k post game wouldn't be akin to a fulltime job. Also, I know it's kind of bad form-ish, but depending on the situation the mentor of a dead player can also replace in for another one. That's on your discretion, though.

I'll reach out to Eco in the morning.

Is the drone thing just flavor or are there actual Borg here. Is that the cult thing?

The drone in the daybreak scene was flavor. It didn't interact with any players; it was placed there by Q simply to wake everyone up in the most annoying manner possible.

Day breaks again on Deep Space Nine, with the sound of a rooster screaming in pain as a Borg drone tries to assimilate it being broadcast throughout the station on the intercom. As one would expect, the number of residents on the station's gone down again. The drone was of course quickly killed by Kaga, the owner of the Klingon restaurant on the Promenade. Seems Borg don't really adapt too well to bat'leths.

Brinatoo, Rom, Unconventional Grand Nagus was not found in his quarters. The holographic security searched the station and found Rom frozen in a vat of mint chocolate chip ice cream, conveniently hidden in the freezer in the back of the Klingon restaurant. Kaga, the Klingon "chef", was dumbfounded, both at the presence of the ice cream vat in his restaurant and the presence of the freezer at all, given that he specializes in gagh, rokeg blood pie, and other live and freshly killed food.

A small pile of electronic debris was found on the floor of the main hospital wing. After a quick tricorder scan, someone determines that it was a mobile holographic emitter. Citricbase, The Doctor has been killed.

It is now Day 4. 11 alive, 6 to lynch.
