Correct. For each token or creature that comes into play, each Warden's ability will be placed on the stack, each being a separate effect that causes life gain. Thus, for each one, each Ajani's Pridemate will get +1/+1
Is Tragic Slip's morbid keyword checked on cast or on resolution?
For example, if nothing has died this turn, I cast it on a 1/1 creature, and in response they giant growth it, and in response to that, I Doom Blade something else, does the 1/1 creature (that now would be a 4/4) end up getting -13/-13 instead of -1/-1?
Well the idea behind what I suggested is more focused on the cheated-in creatures + doublestrike combo. Believe it or not, by running 4-ofs of the important things, and not clogging it up with a less-reliable and slower alt-win you become capable of sustaining more than enough damage to seal the deal in 1v1 consistently.
I view fling more as an alt-win than core to the combo. It's a great addition, to be sure. And it could be upped back to 4 if it works for you that way.
Also, I want to highlight the Tyrant of discord. He seems like a definite include to me, even in your version of the deck with the Lightnings and hellsparks
Holy smokes, that a $200+ mana base you have there.
Also, primordial hydra's X cost is 0 when duplicated by the mimic or the vat. It won't come into play with any +1/+1 counters, and thus won't get bigger each turn. Maybe some creatures with sweet ETB effects like Protean Hulk Acidic Slime Craterhoof Behemoth Mulldrifter
First off, I don't think you're allowed to link to external deck lists on this forum as per the rules it'd be wise to copy the deck to the forum using the "[\deck ]" tags before a mod notices.
Your mana base is the first concern I have. Only 16 lands seems pretty slim, even for a turn 3-4 combo, considering you need 3 consecutive land drops to pull it off. I think you should at least be running 20 lands. Since you're running some huge creatures, and spiking damage, maybe Spinerock Knoll. Or if you're finding your game going too long, maybe Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.
Honestly, I think your combo is pretty solid, but you have some additional cards that synergize in other ways but aren't super relevant. I'm looking at Ball Lightning and Hellspark Elemental. I feel like you could use those slots to really improve your combo's consistency and longevity. At the very least, some numbers could be reworked.
Consider the following:
Also I included what I typically run for a mono-red sideboard. Except I included furnace of rath even though it's slower because I think double strike + double damage is hilarious.
Faithless Looting Gives you some dig into your library to get your hands on your Flamekin Harbinger/Incandescent Soulstoke ASAP. I run it in many red combo decks with success. The harbingers let you pull out your big 1-ofs as needed. Switched 1 Assault strobe for the instant speed Double Cleave, so with enough mana, you can cast it after blockers are declared. Browbeat is still in for its solid acceleration potential.
Lets say I have a Pestilence, a Swans of Bryn Argoll and a Level 1+ Hedron-Field Purists. If I use pestilence's ability, can I choose to have the damage headed to the swan prevented by Swans instead of the Purist, so that I get to draw a card, but still have the damage to purist and me me be prevented by purist?
Legacy-legal with 3 Necropotence?? omg.
You can use, as a better mana-fix, birds of paradise, and some indestructible creature for supporting pestilence.
Heh, I just kinda threw those in there without paying attention to the format cause I feel like the deck really needs acceleration. I have 2 already, so i figured it could work. I'd be open to any other life-paying based card acceleration you could come up with.
Indestructible creatures are usually more expensive than prot black, right? and for the sake of pestilence would serve the same purpose. I also am a fan of the interaction between Sleeper Agent and prot black creatures.
I pulled out the Necropotence, because my friends would hate me for running them anyway even if they were in the format, I also dropped the less-than-impressive Nantuko Blightcutters and added a few more lands and the Fungusaurs. I feel like I should still drop/exchange some of these other cards to make room for some card acceleration. As it stands, best case scenario, I open with good ramps. A few forests with Sprawls and Fertile Gounds and an arbor elf or 2, and by turn 3 or 4, I'm just top-decking waiting for Pestilence. Because I'm counting on Biorhythm, I'm totally okay with paying a significant amount of life to speed myself up, because ideally, I won't want to lose more life to biorhythm than they do.
I've been super fascinated with Biorhythm recently.
I'm looking to make a casual legacy-legal deck for a moderate budget (<$60 overall) in which Biorhythm can consistently see play.
I've been mulling over a couple ideas: obviously a typical strategy revolves around Wrath of God, Damnation, Nevinnryll's Disk... etc. to wipe the board, combined with either creatures like symbiotic elf or Chimeric Idol that stick around. Another mentions things like Phyrexian Unlife in order to stay alive through a biorhythm without any creatures.
However, I'm more interested in G and B. I have a playset of Pestilence laying around and thought this would be a solid place to include it. I'm thinking about incorporating Prot-black creatures, black creature control and green mana ramp all leading up to a Biorhythm.
Here's a preliminary deck idea that I haven't playtested at all yet.
If they play a spell on their turn, am I able to Daze and Mana Leak it, forcing them to pay 4?
Further more, if they pay the 4 for those, am I able to tap Wizards to Patron Wizard in order to make them pay more? Specifically, am I able to do it 3 Wizards ( for 1 mana) at a time? Or do I have to tap them all at once?
I made this deck a while back for casual play. Once it gets set up, it's pretty unstoppable, but otherwise it's a bit too slow. Also, I'm tempted to remove the Rings of Brighthearth because it just makes for stupid infinite combos with voltaic key that makes all my friends scoop. Because Everflowing Chalice (with at least 4 counters) + Voltaic Key + Rings of Brighthearth = Infinite mana.
Kami, Gush, Jace and just make it pretty likely that I'll draw Stasis or Muddle the mixture. Once I set up the lock, I just use chronatog to skip my turn until they deck themselves. It's a pretty torturous way to win, but it's effective.
Kiln Fiend and Wee Dragonauts absolutely love Double Cleave and Brute Force. Landing both on a fiend is pretty much instant game over if you can connect, best part is you can drop the powerup effects after blockers are declared, so you can wait till they choose not to chump block your guy. And you could even throw in some Distortion Strikes and Assault Strobes, and they will boost your guys even further.
For example, if nothing has died this turn, I cast it on a 1/1 creature, and in response they giant growth it, and in response to that, I Doom Blade something else, does the 1/1 creature (that now would be a 4/4) end up getting -13/-13 instead of -1/-1?

Wild Guess could possibly replace Browbeat.
Lastly, I could actually see a Final Fortune being really epic.

A draw engine in the form of the low-cost blue deck-stacking/card accel spells could be one route to take:
Ponder
Brainstorm
Preordain
Serum Visions
Gitaxian Probe
Also the spells that cast "for free" like Snap and Frantic Search work well too.
As far as burn spells for the spitfire, there are the staples:
Lightning Bolt
Rift Bolt
Lava Spike.
But beyond that, you start having to look at the less-efficient ones:
Shock
Tarfire
Gut Shot
I think the best route to take would be to run the efficient burn spells as well as Gelectrode to ping them for non-combat damage for spitfire.
EDIT:
Darn, I was beaten :S
