What are the advantages, besides the obvious point of better mana, to running UW as opposed to UWx? It seems like you could gain a lot by dipping into other colors.
I tried them both. I ended up keeping Gideon and tossed Tomato. I've seen people doing well with her, though. Perhaps my experience is just the result of a small sample size.
I'm not too sure about the Drownyards, seeing as we need double white for Elesh, Gideon, non-miracled Terminus, miracled Entreat the Angels, and DoJ; double blue for Tamiyo; and double black for Liliana. There's just something about including more colorless sources for a color demanding deck like this that makes me nervous.
Two ratchet bombs is fine. I run 3 Liliana right now and I'm pretty sure I'm going to drop her to 2. Entreat the Angels is very, very good, but it's ultimately up to you.
I would switch your number of Seachromes and Darkslicks, especially if you drop a Liliana. I would also find a way to sneak a Terminus or two in there.
How often do you guys get the Miracle with Entreat for it to be an argument over White Sun's Zenith?
What makes it retardedly better than Zenith?
Unmiracled, it scales (same power for the mana) the same as Zenith, except that it's sorcery speed. The thing that makes it better is that the tokens you generate don't die to slagstorm/whipflare and they have flying, which is way more relevant in this meta than most people realize.
I think we may be going next level with the ponder interaction with the miracle cards, cause I really don't like forbidden alchemy in this deck, but other than that, seems pretty similar to some of the builds we've been discussing.
I'm not sure that Liliana of the Veil is all that useful right now, or maybe just kind of Win More, when you consider the sheer amount of board wipe and token generation we have turn to turn.
I actually agree with this assessment. When I started using the deck, I was unimpressed by Sorin. However, as time goes on, I am gaining fondness for Sorin and wishing that Liliana I just drew was something else most of the time. I'm thinking of starting with a distribution of 3 Sorin, 2 Gideon, and 2 Tamiyo.
The reason I think Miracles is going to be iffy in Esper Walkers (or control) is because we do so much EOT drawing and flashing back - and hitting time walk or some other sorcery is going to be terrible when we can't cast it for miracle cost at EOT.
Oh, definitely. That's why I think you should only be mainboarding miracles you can stand to cast for their regular cost like Terminus and Entreat the Angels. That reasoning is also why I think Temporal Mastery is lackluster in standard.
Ponder is good for Souls decks and is obviously good with miracle cards, but I don't think I'd be cutting Alchemy for it any time soon. The sifting power of Alchemy is too powerful to pass up.

Have you tried Angel of Serenity?
You're not.
It's also a white card with the subtype of Angel! Clearly a viable replacement for Restoration Angel

Other than that, I like it a lot.
You will, due to Cavern of Souls.

Other than that, pretty solid.
add: Entreat the Angels, 3 Evolving Wilds, 2 of some combination Go for the Throat and Doom Blade
remove: 3 of some combination Darkslick Shores and Drowned Catacomb, 1 Tragic Slip, 1 Negate

It's just the list LSV posted + a bad sideboard.
