ehhh you also want a good number of artifacts to turn on the 3 dmg on disintergrate. He has been kinda meh but he is nice finisher and good top deck late game. he can take over a game. This is my current list.
I been playing this deck a good bit. First thing that I learned is Arklinn Kord is garbage. Also samut isnt that great. Also I think 4/3 split with servant/channler is what I would do right now simply because walking balista and channler has very little upside since I havent really beat in with him as more than just a 2/3.
I have 3 chandras in my list and 2 Hydra to increase the 2>4 curve.

Your list is a good bit like mine. I play 3 hearts, 2 fatal push, only 1 shock. I play bomat couriers still because the card is been pretty awesome for me most of the time. But I can totally understand cutting them.
do you guys think canyon slough is a card to grab now if the price is right or just hold out and see if we get something better in the next set since we still have smoldering marsh?

EHHHHH. I wish monored was back but it just doesnt have the reach that it used to have in standard. Standards burn cards are pretty lack luster IMO and not very fast. I think for now we have to stick to some sort of BR or GR deck to be worth a damn in the current standard metagame.
I'm currently running the typical artifact based build with two Chandras. I'm considering removing the planeswalker though, she has great utility in a deck that is more midrange. She doesn't seem to be that imposing during most games and sits in my hand until the right opportunity, often coming out as a 4-mana burn spells to clear a troublesome blocker. The only games where I'm eager to cast Chandra seem like I've run out of steam/resources by that point, and I'm unable to protect her long enough to gain real advantage. Has anyone else running the fast artifact-based build come to this conclusion and dropped Chandra, or relegated her to the sideboard. How is everyone usually playing the planeswalker in their decks?
I recently put 3 balista in the deck and still have the 2 chandras. I love the card. The card is the bees knees and I havent even kinda thought about taking it out. It gives us a nice bridge in the midgame if they are able to drag it to there, which usually happens.
Yea. I been playing it a little bit on cockatrice. It sparked my interest as I play BR aggro currently. Im not 100% on it as it folds kinda hard to a few removal spells without the hazoret. It might be a little TOO all in on the discard plan.
Still cant lose to Jeskai Saheeli. I feel like you have to monumentally misplay vs that deck to lose that matchup.

Only change I have made since this tournament is change 1 mountain to a swamp because since I now mainboard the fatal pushes(btw they were amazing except in the match where I played against ub control). And I plan on tweaking my sideboard to making a mostly 2 deck sideboard plan with a a few catchall cards.
Kalitas is really strong and can take over a game. implement was really good as it prevents saheeli combo completely. Will likely cut the shock since its not that good vs mardu in the post board games. Gonti never came in all day long so he also might get the axe although I like him vs 4c saheeli but unsure currently.
Release is pretty good because whenever they dont have tower they are pretty weak IMO.
Also i think mainboarding push over shock helps a little bit especially vs that annoying 0/4.
Also bring in transgress to grab gearhulks and board wipes.
Only time i've ever been disappointed by pia is when i see all 3 of them in a game that isnt long. They are amazing vs control, she crews heart of kiran on curve, her abilities are all relevant, and getting a flier is also pretty big IMO.
Maybe its not right to play 3 of her, but Im 100% never going below 2 unless something comes out that is just way better than her.
Game1: I have a super slow start and he gets 9 power on board turn 3 and then turn 4 elder deep fiends me and turn 5 elder deep fiends me.
Game2: I have a really aggressive hand and he doesnt see a kozileks return all game so he isnt able to board wipe me at any given time.
Game3: He Mulls to 5 which is generally never going to be a good game, which is wasnt.
Round 2: GB Constrictor (1-0)
Game 1: She plays removal on turns 2 and 3, I kill her snake on turn 4. and she doesnt really get going and im able to do my game plan.
Game 2: She gets on board a good bit sooner but removal spells are able to deal with her threats. Gonti grabbed me a liliana which +1'd and then got back two dudes. Which was sweet.
Round 3: 4color Saheeli (2-0)
Game1: I mull to 5 and have a good start with apprentice into bomat. He has servant into whirler so bomat didnt do anyhting all game long and I felt sad as he comboed me.
Game2: His turn to mull to 5 and well yea we have talked about how this goes before. Especially whenever I transgress his linvala that he could cast next turn for max value
Game3: We both keep 7. This game Gonti shined hard as hell. My opp also just wasnt able to deal with chandra who ulited. And gonti provided the spells to kill him on my turn

With the uptick of GB at GP Pitt what are the best cards yall have found to be boarded in VS them. Im currently only something close to the PT lists and not on the madness shell which I personally found to be a little clunky and too many moving pieces.
I dont see how gideon would be better. Like i had said i played 4 bw control decks during swiss (1 eldrazi and 3 seth manfield versions) and won all of them pretty handedly. Now this could just be variance but i didnt have a problem vs them and felt like its a great matchup woth thenlist i had posted.
Im also thinking of cutting the 2 jaces for 2 lambholt pacifist.
