"If you somehow manage to cast Urban Evolution when it's not your turn, you'll draw three cards when it resolves, but you won't be able to play a land that turn." (Source)
So if I manage to play it on an opponent's turn, will I be able to play a land on their turn (since normally I can play 0 lands on other player's turn, so with this card I can play one?)
Why are people reacting to the fact that Jace will be made as a walker again? the character is not inherently overpowered. No matter how inherently good blue is, what with its' monopoly on "draw a bunch of cards", Jace himself is not to be looked upon with much fear. If anything, it's a nerf, because he'll be that much easier to legend rule.
Maybe because of how much the other Jace was worth
Thanks
Sorry if it was answered elsewhere on this thread but its 7 pages long so dont have time to read it all looking for my answer
