I work at a comic book shop and IDW is very inconsistent with the magic book it's suppose to be a monthly title but usually comes out 2 weeks late every time
if i am correct Grafted Exoskeleton would allow you to get 10 counters on the player if equiped to your general since infect is based off damage and not combat damage
Any suggestions would be great. im thinking about putting Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon in here not sure if he's considered good for type 2 prob drop the Plague Stinger's for him though Doom blade's are in because they can hit artifact creatures and are easier to cast then Hideous End
HRRRMMM with a general like Nicol Bolas I would of gone with a full discard theme
with stuff like Geth's Grimoire,Specters and all the other discard staples megrim and all that. Journeyer's Kite may be a good mana fixer
to me it looks like you just got any spells you thought might work within your generals colors and try to go for a straight beatdown from general or the other fatties
I really like this idea. Astral Slide used to be my favorite deck back in the day (the worlds version), I'm just sad you can't do crazy shenanigans with Eternal Witness and the like.
I'm finding it hard to find good Combo's with astral slide in these colors i thought about doing a 5 color general but then it would be harder to get Slide Really wish zur had green in his cost i love sliding out Krosan Colossus or Eternal Witness but Gilded Drake is just awesome with this i think/hope
when i want to play a game of magic i want to play the game not watch you play while i sit back unable to do anything. this is the reason i also do not play my jhoria and my friend won't play his stasis deck we dont want to be the douchebag who just dragged out the game. its fun to play against maybe once or twice but beyond that it becomes stale as stated before me. now dont get me wrong playing these decks isn't wrong it's playing them all the time so have some fun or cool decks to play besides it
I built a Maralen deck just as a casual fun deck but it has been very effective in 3-4 player games i run its as a discard deck with cards like the rack,rackling,quest for the nihil stone,blood chief ascension and alot of other discard cards that screw over everyone
I know that Ghost Council of Orzhova or Teysa, Orzhov Scion Would Probably be better for what im trying to do but my playgroup wants to play an Archenemy game where every ones general is a dragon and the Arch enemy's general is Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund so this what i got together so far
