My opponent controls obzedat, ghost council and I cast Act of treason on it, what happens at the end of the turn. If I choose to exile him, whose control does he come back under? When do you actually give control of the creature back? Thanks. Sorry, I am on a phone and dont know how to spell the new ghost council.
If a Clone is in the graveyard along with any other creatures, and living death is cast, will the clone be able to copy any creature that comes into play? I believe the answer is no because of the scapeshiftvesuvaValakut, the molten pinnacle interaction. Also, Vesuvan Shapeshifter appears to be worded slightly differently, would it not be able to copy anything also?
If you Green Sun's Zenith for the new dryad, which says "If an instant or sorcery would be put in a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead", would the Zenith exile? Do Zeniths ever hit the graveyard at all? If they don't, what if you chord of calling for it?

Does torpor orb stop as name enters the battlefield triggers or does it just stop when name enters the battlefield triggers? For example, clone. I believe the answer is no because the clone effects are replacement effects not triggered abilities?
If my opponent plays Show and Tell and I put in Pithing Needle and he puts in Griselbrand, does he have a chance to activate Griselbrand's ability if I name Griselbrand? I do get to name a card right?
If lifelink would cause my opponent to go above 0 in combat damage does he die? For instance he is taking 8 damage at 8 life but blocks with a 2 power life linker?
I know that Blazing Torch equipped to a red creature can't target a creature with Pro red. However, if you use the torch while equipped to a red creature and target the ability of the torch on for instance, an Unruly Mob, If the opponent uses Faith's Shield to give the unruly mob protection from red, does the torches ability get countered? It says the torch does the damage
Can you use Sun titan to attach pacifism (from your graveyard) to an opponents Thrun, the last troll? I know the answer is yes, but I don't actually understand the reasoning in the rules as to why this is. I think it has something to do with putting an aura into play without casting it doesn't target. The thing is, my shop has no actual judge and I am usually the "judge" for my shop. People didn't believe me about this ruling because I couldn't really back it up with knowledge.
Thanks
