I usually, don't have a problem with fog, because I just make them start playing top deck and then they can't do anything. The Burst Lightning sounds interesting enough, but I can't drop Burning inquiry from my side board. The idea is that I bring in 4 Megrim, 4 Burning Inquiry, and 4 Duress, and remove twelve other cards from my deck, almost creating a new deck for them to fight. For a Fog or Control deck, I may even take out Terminates and Lightning Bolts for some of my other cards.
I have Burning Inquiry in my side board, but I have yet to look at Drastic Revelation. I might swap out my planeswalkers for that card and do some testing.
Card Wizard has the right idea, sure Hypnotic Specter is just a 2/2 flyer for 1BB, but not everyone runs walls of denial. Check out my Discard deck (in my sognature as Grixis Trollin' Deck), I have a lot of fun with it. You probably dont want to splash blue, but definitely look at Rotting Rats and Lightning Bolt.
Okay, I liked my big Naya deck from when you just pulled out like 15 mana turn three and played Giant Beastie-Beast for like two and then gave them first strike, trample, vigilance, indestructibility, et cetera. But, that is not the way of the floor now; you must be quicker to compete. So I wanted to make a deck that cascaded out of Enlisted Wurm and Bloodbraid Elf. I really cant figure out how to ramp well without ramping into a rampant growth or harrow. Any suggestions?
Okay my deck is looking alot better, and once I get some Sedraxis and Hyppies in this thing it will be better. But how do I need to side board against anti-fog now?

I may switch out the Guul Draz for the Sedraxis / Hypnotic, but I am keeping the Viscera until I can come into some more Specters. Atleast I can cycle/unearth the Draggers.

I would take out the Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. Yes you can theoretically deal 9 damage once, but that requires 3 Valakut and 5 Mountain, then to play a Mountain, which would mean all of your mountains. The Crypts are okay, if you add more black creatures, like Viscera Dragger, Vampire Lacerator, and Vampire Nighthawk. The Tendrils run into the same problem as the Valakuts, not enough swamps. I don't really understand what your goal for this deck is, so I don't want to give you too many cards without knowing what you are trying to do.
In your mill deck you will need some way to produce black if you're running Countersquall. Try Arcane Sanctum instead of Seaside Citadel.
