without evidence you are out of luck. unlike some, i am 50/50 on saying the stores name. I'd make sure that nothing else could be done before publishing the store's name. A store's reputation means a lot. And they will be far more hostile if they find out that you posted their name.
I'm not taking the store's side, but I suggesting that there may be an explanation and you should explore are the angles before dragging a store's reputation into it.

If this was all a big misunderstanding it would not be playing out the way it is. Also Tristan would not have kept his whole eBay business a secret. Everything points to him stealing stock and selling it. He hasn't even posted on twitter once since all this news broke. Channel Fireball wouldn't be tearing everything with his name on it off their site over a misunderstanding.
The most common defense people are using is he had a dream job and why would he risk his reputation over "a couple thousand". Well you don't know how much of a "dream job" it was to start with. And he has sold thousands of dollars worth of cards in just one month we can see from his auction history. The account has been active for 2 years. If you lowball an estimate of $3,000 pure profit a month (because he is stealing it all), that is $72,000. A bit more than a couple thousand.

WOTC, has stated in the past, that these are thank you items, to their most important partners - the retailers, and by placing an accurate MSRP of 100 -200 dollars, they HURT those partners

No, and noone has stated this.
During the 2nd main phase, there is no time, since the AP receives priority first, however, after combat damage is dealt, there is an "End of Combat" where both players need to pass priority to get back to the main phase, and as such, you can cast surgical extraction at this point, before the AP can get an opportunity to cast it.
No, it does not resolve, it is countered due to having no legal targets

No, the DCI (WPN) Cant - One of the WPN/DCI's CORE rules, is, the business is yours, and you can restrict access to it for ANY reason.
