    How do you report this? I posted the original thread, and thank you for letting others know.

    one of the worst thing is , they don't even acknowledge to the original artists.

    Really bad.

    @Narb777
    I really like the way you do to combine those images like this into one newly made picture. ( I mean the gods you did ). May I ask how to make them in Photoshop please? I mean the steps and which function keys I should choose.
    Really want to learn that skills.

    Thanks in advance.:)

    Just because I have asked Kentu some questions about using Photoshop before, I just want to say I have a little and humble hope that He will be patient enough and come back soon. I feel he is a very kind and helpful fellow in this thread.
    This is not a complaint in any sense and have no intention to discuss anything either. Just want to leave a little warm blessing here. Please don't follow it.
    Please keep enjoying good fun rendering here. Thanks a lot.:)

    Very nice art for the post 8th one. But I am even more interested in how to change the color of the original image like what you did. Also, how to change the frame color of the template like what you did? I mean I am really quite a Photoshop idiot and so hope you show me the steps and the function to choose in Photoshop in order to change the color of the frame and the image like what you did. Thanks in advance.

    I have the same feeling about the lightsaber on this one as a light emitting instrument of the force would not cast a shadow, except instead of making it transparent, I might try to give the white bar behind it a slight lime green glow like the saber is reflecting light off of it, same technique that you applied the shadow with, on its own layer so you can play around with the layer blending options, maybe even two layers with different blends.
    Screen, Soft Light, Overlay will all give you different light qualities.

    Some new entries:

    Twilight Shepherd

    Elesh Norn

    Great!! thanks for sharing and good art choices.:)

    Endless Horizons is a great choice for the landscape treatment.

    Thanks dude!

    The symbols are traced from the Duels of the Planeswalkers games; the games themselves use them to represent abilities that the creature currently has (a flying icon appears on your Serra Ascendant by magic once your life hits the threshold), but here I use them to replace keyword text.

    They represent, respectively, Aurelia, the Warleader's flying, vigilance, and haste.

    The swirly gem is a color indicator.

    Oh, I like those little symbols very much. (Creature abilities symbols) Would you tell me where can i get all of them or would you be so kind as to share them with us please ? ( I mean make those images larger and post all of them here :tongue:) Really want to have them in my renders in the future.:tongue:

    Well in your voice of resurgence, for example, part of the frame is the default green frame, while the rest of it is the default multicolored frame. With my limited abilities, I can only seem to make it one color or the other (depending on how the layers are ordered).

    I'm assuming you have erase part of the "gold" frame so the green frame underneath shows through or something like that? Also, the template I have doesn't have the set symbol you use built in (and the set symbol template I found only has the traditional magic set symbols). Did you make that yourself or did you find it somewhere?

    Apologies for being so uninformed, I've only just started trying to fiddle with photoshop so I don't know very much.

    EDIT: Thanks for the explanation Kentu, it's cool that you can make such unconventional looking magic cards with a bit of clever layer manipulation. I see you also have a unique set symbol on your card. Did you make that yourself or do you guys find these somewhere?

    I see. So the followings are what I have done:

    1/ I haven't erase anything but just choose switch on or off for some layers. My template is obtained from the OP of this thread, the Chrome Kaldra's template;
    2/ some set symbols are found through internet and kind donations from fellows in this thread, such as from zeerbe. Maybe you can try to search some for you also. Just type in MTG set symbols in google search and try to be patient and search around Smile

    Hope these can help. Have a nice day. Smile

    Oh wow, I really like that voice of resurgence. It's like the green and yellow from the original artwork took over the entire card frame.

    Do you have a template of some sort for it? I have the basic future sight one, but I really like the set up of your version.

    Thanks.:) But I am not quite sure what do you mean about the template I used. In fact, my template is also the basic future sight one which got from the OP of this thread. Nothing special.

    Kampfer, I really like the Prime time you did. It really captures the essence of the card. I made some new toys too. I wanted to try a some experimental stuff with the beta/unlim templates for Bident of Thassa.
