The print runs of French, German, and Italian FWB Revised are still unknown.
As for the value of those FWB Revised cards, cards that were discontinued after Revised (Duals, Sol Ring, Demonic Tutor, etc) will be worth about the same or a little more than the English version. For most of the cards, it's the only white-bordered version (besides Summer versions) in the 2nd age card frame.
I personally vote the Unlimited versions. There are fewer of them (Revised's print run was 13+ times greater than Unlimited) and the colors are much more vibrant.
Plus, you can get the original art for Plateau in Unlimited which I like much more than the Revised remake.
I have finally completed my FBB/FWB Revised set! It's a mix of the three languages (French, German, & Italian) and took about two years to track down all the cards.
I find that eBay auctions with higher shipping costs tend to deter most people.
When I was trying to complete a set of Mirage, I found a lot on eBay that was $10 shipping and a starting bid of $10. All it said was there were about 1500 cards from Mirage and listed out what they thought were the rares (like a signed Apprentice Wizard) but didn't list uncommons (ie the tutors). I was the only one to bid.
When I got the package, there were about 200 rares including 3 Lion's Eye Diamonds along with multiple Worldly, Mystical, and Enlightened Tutors. It was pretty fantastic.
WoW. If the police are involved than surely ebay will be. Did you give them your phone ##?
Your phone number is listed on your PayPal account when your address is sent over. Sellers can also request it systematically (I just had a seller call me last night because my package had gone missing and we wanted to talk through what to do)
2x Mishra’s Fabrik (FBB) - German
1x Usine de Mishra (FBB) - French
For the "Asian" cards, scans would be beneficial so we can pinpoint the actual language (Korean, S-Chinese, T-Chinese, Japanese) as their values differ.
Revised was printed in French, German, and Italian with both and white borders.
Black border Italian was first with the old tap symbol with a 1994 copyright date
Black border German and French has the new tap symbol with a 1994 copyright date
White border French has a 1994 copyright date
White border German and Italian had a 1995 copyright date (looks almost identical to 4th)
The great thing about those 4th edition gift boxes was it came with a Magic branded felt bag with glass bead counters. I'm still using mine 15+ years later.
Were you able to verify the language of the Yawgmoth's Will? Japanese is quite nice but if it was actually Korean, pile B would have won in a landslide.
It actually started in late 94 with the release of FBB Revised French and German (FBB Italian was still in wax packs)
Ice Age was the next to receive the new packaging
i've found a bunch of my french cards on there.

To answer the second question, I'd rather have a regular foil instead of a DFC foil. There are more valuable cards that are not DFC.
And here we go:
Air Elemental - Conversion
Copy Artifact - Fireball
Firebreathing - Ivory Tower
Jade Monolith - Nettling Imp
Nevinyrral's Disk - Samite Healer
Savannah - Tsunami
Tundra - Zombie Master

Also, I listed the language of two Mishra's Factories below. They are from Renaissance.
