I'm going to be unable to play in any future games (that would be all games, not just League). I've changed to a new job, and long story short, I have 1 hour of free time a day, with maybe a little more on the weekends. And assuming I want to do other stuff than just mafia, I won't be able to play again (or host). I assume you'll want to keep my stats in for this season just because it would screw with scoring to remove me, but this is just a heads-up that I won't need any reminders or anything.

I really thought I was going to be basically town-cleared by Wheat until Karn CC'd me. I also think it's hilarious that in scum chat, my first post is promising not to bus my mates with the first 100 posts. But then I forgot who was on my team and ended up bussing Niv and Antny. AND IT WORKED.

The mods made the right call at the time. It's easy to say it was a mistake with 20/20 hindsight. But when you're the premier website where almost all the rest of the web pulls their info from, that split decision on whether it's real or not becomes much harder. I'd rather have people be sure that when we post something, they can trust it's real than just throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. Sure we'll occasionally declare something fake when it's real, but we don't get people hyped up on something that won't be happening that way.
Of course, in practice, Arcanis being bumped to Mythic is little different than any common that they only print one of in the duel-deck. They have the exact same rarity in that sense.
I don't think Ob will be it. They seem to focus on pre-mending, so expect Jaya Ballard, Freyalise, Serra and Leshrac, though my personal preference for Black would be, unrealistically as it is, Baron Sengir.
Is there an example of this? Right now, we have two commanders previewed, one is Teferi who just happens to be pre-Mending, but there's also Gisa, who is definitely post-mending (and a creature).
Personally, if I were Wizards, I would select only pre-Mending walkers who have no chance of being printed, since any post mending walker (like Ob) could be seen in a time-travel block (like KTK...)
Did they really need that line about using him as a commander? It shrinks the art pretty bad.
Yes. In a sanctioned Commander tournament, you wouldn't be able to use him as a commander. Now they could have changed the rules themselves, but that opens a can of worms with past PWs as well as potentially future PWs. It's a lot easier to say "Here, have these 5 walkers you can play with. If you want more, house rules!" No bannings or anything needed.

And the paper's wrong. And the hologram is hidden. And it is quite blurry.
As I said in the SDCC thread, without hindsight, I'd make the same call. The font is still off and it's still printed on printer paper, but apparently the list is real.
