I fully expect most judges will use discretion in such cases, but they really should spell out the exceptions in the policy documents. -

As I prepared to advance the plot, Niv-Mizzet swooped down and broke the fourth wall.
"Jace!" he bellowed, "Behold my superiority. In a matter of two of these 'game Days' I have already become victorious. Not even the combined minds of 15 Ravnicans could even begin to approach my dazzling intellect."
"Niv-Mizzet," I said, "You just got lynched. That certainly isn't winning, and it's actually bad for—"
"Nonsense!" the great dragon roared as he reared up on his hind legs and spread his wings. He came down with a massive thud, and then prattled on, "I've never lost anything before in my life, much less a children's game such as this one."
I tried to explain that this "children's game" featured actual death, but he scoffed at this.
"What are these 'citizens of Ravnica' if not pieces on a chessboard?" he said, "Pieces to be moved by players such as myself. And with my wondrous victory today I have demonstrated that my mastery of the game is unparalleled!"
"Again," I said, "you didn't actually win. You—"
"Begone!" he roared again, "I'll not have you besmirching my glorious name. Leave this plane and accept that I am the superior being."
Before I could tell him that this wasn't actually a competition between us, and that no, he really didn't win, Niv-Mizzet turned and flew off into the sunset, cursing me and proclaiming his greatness all the while.
"Well," I said, "I suppose he can be a winner in his own mind."
AsianInvasion haswon and left the gamebeen lynched.

However, now that you mention it, I'll go take a look into whether it warrants being unarchived.I read it as "Stores have been complaining that they continually run out of one pack, which makes players upset, because there's always one pack better than the rest, so we add variance so people won't go after the good card."
EDIT: After comparing the texts it still looks fake. Looking closely at Cataclysm and Smokestack, the T's on each look like they have the tail, where Beleren has no tail on its T. If someone could get a clearer picture showing the T's to be tailless, I'd be happy to open it up to discussion...
