Four player EDH: One of my opponents is playing a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck, and has his general in play. I have Jace, Memory Adept in play with 7 counters at the beginning of my turn. He's very excited about Jace's ultimate going off, until I cast Slave of Bolas on Nekusar, followed by Underworld Dreams, to dome the table for 40.
Karthiryx, Pain Wing seems good - I like the +1/+1 for -1/-1 counters ability, though I dig Dunbar, Court Emissary, too. Just a couple things to critique: her creature type should be Elephant Advisor, as Loxodon are all Elephants, and that black activated ability just doesn't seem correctly worded to me. Kinda confusing. Maybe "Blocking creatures get -0/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of cards in your hand minus 7."
I made one awhile back...
Ilsifoth, the Tyrant1WUBR
Legendary Creature - Avatar (MR)
When Ilsifoth, the Tyrant enters the battlefield, you may search your library for any number of cards and exile them, then shuffle your library.
T: You may cast a card exiled with Ilsifoth without paying its mana cost. Activate this ability only as a sorcery.

@italofoca: Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. I agree with you on the Poisonwood Brute being more black than green; I'll keep it on the drawing board. If you think about Molten Slagscale compared to Goblin Guide in a format like Standard, the Guide is waaay better. The high toughness is a little odd, I admit, but I was trying to combine Engulfing Slagwurm with Guide in my own warped imagination.
Also, a revised Oath:
Blasphemous Oath BB
Sorcery [r]
You lose 4 life.
At the beginning of your draw step, if Blasphemous Oath is in your graveyard, draw an additional card.
If you have 13 or more life, if Blasphemous Oath is in your graveyard, exile Blasphemous Oath.
A couple new creatures: A green common that I think would do well in draft and limited, and a rare that might compete for a slot in an aggressive red deck.
Molten Slagscale RR
Creature - Salamander [r]
Whenever Molten Slagscale becomes blocked by a creature, destroy that creature. Molten Slagscale deals damage equal to that creature's toughness to target player.

Starting this thread in the hopes of getting feedback and comments on single card ideas. Not part of any particular theme, these cards are simply designs I like and / or think need some tweaking.
Plots Within Plots 3BB
Enchantment [R]
At the beginning of your upkeep, discard a card. If you discard a creature card this way, return it from your graveyard to the battlefield unless any player pays 5 life.
Blasphemous Oath BB
Sorcery [R]
You lose 4 life.

The deck is cool. I've been playing Seizan for a couple years now, and I like some of the innovation in your list. That said, I think there are five cards you're missing out on, big time.
Necropotence with Venser's Journal / Reliquary Tower can be absurd. If you have more life than your opponent, it also acts as a finisher with Psychosis Crawler.
Oblivion Stone and Nevinyrral's Disk are essential for ridding yourself of Necropotence once you've had your fill of it. I also find they're the only reliable way black has of dealing with artifacts and enchantments.
Thanks for posting your decklist. I'm tempted to make a few revisions to my Seizan deck and see how it goes. I especially like Kagemaro, First to Suffer and Nirkana Revenant.
@SengirVampire: Hasn't Flight been obsolete for ages now? I appreciate your feedback. I thought a little color bleed from white to blue might make for an interesting dynamic, as the blue critters in Undergrotto are mostly hungry carnivores lurking in wait for prey to make a mistake... That said, I'm strongly considering your comments regarding Dead End.
And you're absolutely right about the Vaporous Undine... Perhaps the Undine should be 2UU?
I'll reflect on these as I'm finishing up with black.
@Jaxck: Ah, now your comment makes more sense. I can see the Hound being far better with Soldier in place of Dwarf. I went to Dwarf from Human in brainstorming, but didn't think to take it the next step further. Thanks!

Summoning seems overly wordy. Offering already exists as a mechanic - why not reuse it? It's not what you intend with Summoning, I understand, but it does give much of the same flavor without all the new rules text. Transfigure, also, could be reused here.
Don't let my naysaying distract you from using it if you've got your heart set on making it work. Just giving my opinion.
Teleport and the Aura mechanic both seem very interesting. I'm not quite sure the rules support teleport - it could get messy quickly - but I like the keyword on Auras. Reminds me of Followed Footsteps.
Thank you for the critique. I've updated the missing information.
To answer your question about Dwarves, there are no humans in the Undergrotto. Dwarves, Fungus, Horrors, and Goblins are the four major tribes.
Fortifications begin to appear at Uncommon. Dwarves and Goblins love to build stuff.
Gypsum Seal is part of a set of Auras which have crystal names. Gypsum has properties I associate with White mana, such as its color, use as fertilizer, it's spear-like crystals, etc.
Lastly, the Gargoyle is a riff on Elder Land Wurm, one of my favorite stompy beasts from long-ago. Honestly, I just think it's a neat mechanic.
You've convinced me Fair Fight needs to be renamed. Battle Priest of Uldra and Quar-Hoz Hermit and Skittering Familiar are all getting some more time and attention. Thank you again for taking the time to critique!

Yeah, but "Really Big Spider" sounded worse to me. Also, the Biblical Goliath was killed by a slingshot, so maybe 2/1 isn't too far off.
