Good Afternoon here guys. Well i'll be needing some help from you about my Mba. It's a little non-budget deck but not that expensive though. Any constructive criticism is appreciated.
Artifacts: Bitterblossom - Popping out fairies may serve as blockers against aggro and when equipped with Jitte, what more can i ask for?
Lands:
Wasteland - Probably a dead card against monocolored decks but still gonna throw it in. A lot of us in Legacy format almost uses non-basic lands right?
Verdant Catacombs - One of the new fetchlands of Zendikar. It could be Obsidian Flats or whatever fetches swamp to reduce the number of land draw. Making the tempo of your draw a smooth one.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - It could help i think to make wasteland produce black mana when not in use.
Sideboards may vary depending on the meta present in your neigborhood.
Don't get me wrong, I do agree that this is a good card, but to suggest that this card will always be able to kill Stag is delusional. Green by it's very nature plays alot of creatures. Are you really suggesting that it will be wise just to hold this in your hand until you get the situation where you can finally kill that stag? What do you do if they have two Stags and you only draw one of these? Yes, you can race them but it wouldn't be an auto win... besides if you are packing that much kill I wonder how much racing you will actually be doing.
I joined once in an FNM event near to us and has experienced to fought an opponent with 2 stag on play. but too bad his power isn't enough to kill me with my child of night equipped with two unholy strength and has flying because of vampire nocturnus.

Reasons and Decisions:
Creatures:
Dark Confidant - No doubt better than Phyrexian Arena.
Dauthi Slayer - Yes it can't block but it can cause your opponent a lot of headache when it's equipped with Umezawa's Jitte.
Hypnotic Specter - A real headache occurs when it comes into the battlefield firs turn through Dark Ritual.
Nantuko Shade - Pump and Smash.
Tombstalker - A flying demon really hurts right?
Spells:
Hymn to Tourach - Do we still have to talk about it?
Duress - A nasty first turn, also does well with first turn Dark Ritual and Hymn to Tourach.
Thoughtseize - Another nasty card with a little ouch from you but can catch overpowered creatures.
Diabolic Edict - Changeable whatever the meta needs.
Smother - Same as Diabolic Edict.

but his ultimate is definitely a monster bomb.
