    So I was browsing through this forum trying to find a decent program to organize and build decks, tried out most everything listed here. I finally went to sourceforge and typed in magic the gathering and came up with this program, it's actually pretty decent, and it runs on all OSes.

    Here is the link:
    http://mtgbrowser.wiki.sourceforge.net/

    And here are its features:

    * MTG cards browser
    o sorting (column header, context menu)
    o filtering: set, colour, type, super type, text, name, subtype, power/toughness, converted mana cost. Text filter supports search with "and" and "not" expression, as well as regular expressions.
    o customization: hide/show columns, drag and drop columns (change order)
    o search (options: ignore case, whole word, back, forward, camel case, search as you type)
    o copy card description to clipboard (right click - copy)
    o add cards to deck or collection (drag & drop, or right click menu, or customizable keyboard shortcuts)

    * Card Details viewer
    o show card image (require internet connection, supports proxy, supports image caching)
    o duplicates card text from image as text, support copy to clipboard
    * Library/Decks View
    o Add new Deck from Card Navigator view (context menu)
    o Add cards to Library (context menu, drag and drop, INSERT key shortcut)
    o Add cards to Deck (context menu, drag and drop)
    o Remove card (context menu, DELETE key shortcut)
    o Change card count (cell editor, + keyboard shortcut)
    o Sorting, filtering, search and customization features as in card browser view
    o Grouping (by Casting Mana color, by Converted Casting Cost, by Type, Flat)
    o Mana Curve (switch using bottom tabs in the view)
    o Deck Description (Info tab)
    o Emulate Draw (from view menu) opens another view to show first and following hands with this deck
    o Load Seller's Price (from view menu) loads prices for cards from internet
    o Type Stats Charts and Table (bottom tab)
    o User editable fields: Comment, Price, Ownership, Count

    * Cards Navigator
    o Generate "Booster Pack" (File->New->Booster Pack (as a Deck))
    o Add new Deck, Collection, Folder
    o Export/Import
    o Delete/Rename decks

    * Help
    o Basic tool usage instructions
    o MTG rules book

    * Update Card Database from Gatherer
    o Allows to update card database from gatherer site (Windows->Preferences->Magic->Gatherer) for specific set
    o By default updates from "Standard" Help->Update Magic Cards DB
    o Update to Standard from Help menu

    If you find anything better than this please let me know, but I think I'm gonna stick with this for now.
