So that's probably where you want to start. Other commonly-used cards are Mogg War Marshal, Gempalm Incinerator, Goblin Chieftain and Warren Weirding (if you splash black). Cards used as one-ofs to fetch with Matrons: Tin Street Hooligan (if you splash green), Skirk Prospector & Goblin Sharpshooter.

I see that Steppe Lynx and the pump spells aren't very popular. For me, I had to build the deck so that it goldfishes faster than Burn. If I'm going to play a similar game-plan, but be easier to interact with and more reliant on creatures, in my mind there has to be some kind of benefit for doing that.
I'm making the change from Boros to Naya for Burn, is there a generally accepted manabase somewhere? I'm finding that 8 fetches aren't cutting it like they were in the Boros version. Are people mostly on 10 fetches, 4-5 shocks, 3-4 mountains and 0-2 checklands?
Is everyone else who ever tried mill also a "REALLY bad Mill player"? Because it hasn't gotten results for anyone. It's a worse version of Burn.
I guess it must depend on the Miracles build. Inkwell dodges Karakas, Venser and StP, but dies to Council's Judgment, Terminus & Verdict. Iona dodges everything except for Venser and Karakas. Iona seems better to me.
EDIT: to answer more completely, there's nothing illegal about this. He has the option to full-on shuffle your deck if he wants. At an FNM level he has the option to just cut instead of being forced to shuffle, but he's well within his right to shuffle.
Wait, I say that. I loved playing at that time. Tournaments were Necro vs White Weenie vs Sligh vs homebrews and it was lots of fun.
I listed 8x Sylvan Scrying in the maindeck somehow, 4 of those are really Pyroclasm. So more relics then?

Someone described the TES manabase as cheap. And it is very cheap compared to the manabase of other real legacy decks.
Anyway, just stop getting rid of legacy staples. Acquire new cards at whatever pace you're comfortable with, just don't get rid of the old ones.
