Sorry for the slight bump here but I'm wondering if an elemental deck like this that is going to use incandesent soulstokes for a sneak attack style of affect needs wheel of fortunes, wheel of fate, or some other similar card to keep it from running out of steam late game?
Not the format, just using all 5 land types. I was thinking about cromat, door to nothingness, maelstrom archangel, but I can't really think of much else (other than Draco but I don't think I'll be using basic lands or duals). Just some other ideas would be great. Thanks!
You can use Fauna Shaman to "tutor" out emrakul or worldly tutor to put him on top of your library. Or if you want to pay a bit more cash-wise you can play survival of the fittest, there are a ton of green ways to tutor for creatures. Also in green white there is eladmri's call which puts it in hand for 2 mana. In black there are the other tutors, demonic, diabolic, vampiric, and imperial amongst others.
Anvil of Bogardan should probably be an automatic four of as it makes everyone draw an extra card during each of their turns as well as discard a card.
I didn't list recoil but it's one of the best for this kind of deck I think. The anvil is an excellent choice, I'm not going to run it because my friend runs it in a similar deck and I don't want to ruffle his feathers but it's definitely worth including.
I'm making a discard/bounce deck that uses warped devotion to force them to discard cards I bounce. I'm looking for cards that let everyone draw so I can force them to discard to megrim or lilliana's caress. I need help finding some good cards, these are the ones I can think of.
So jokulhaups destroys lands, creatures, and artifacts for six mana. That leaves planeswalkers and enchantments still alive. That definitely seems like it means white is the best complimentary colour for this deck. I'm looking for ideas for enchantments, planeswalkers or any other card you can think of that will compliment this deck idea. Thanks.
Not to be the internet tough guy already mentioned in this thread but I'm generally more confident than most of the players in my store. I've had the scenario happen to me before and I just started laughing. People you are describing take advantage that a lot of magic players are not very assertive or not in great shape or both. Don't tolerate their behavior and it will stop, around you at least. Otherwise you're letting them step all over you.

The latest errata on Second Chance makes for a neat combo with these two cards.
I didn't know about either of these cards. Pretty neat! Thanks for the tip.
Cards that bounce more than one thing:
Cards that forces everyone to draw:
I'd really like some help thinking of more cards in both categories. Thanks in advance.
