I am curious about a couple of your 1 ofs. You have 1 Spark Trooper and 1 Pyreheart and 1 Frontline. Your deck is the only one that I have not seen really go more in on the Frontline Medic line. I don't think the deck is good simply with 1 Frontline Medic. I would play a full set of 4 of them. I also don't think those other cards are great one ofs. Cards you play one ofs are cards you don't want to draw early, but love drawing late, based on the probability charts. Honestly, Spark Trooper is not one of those and Pyreheart Wolf is something you definitely want early as it makes blocking very difficult for your opponent, unless they got way more creatures than you, and that should rarely happen with this deck.
Right now, what I would do is streamline the deck more. Loyalist may turn out to be really good against token decks, and IF token decks are reallllly reallllly common in your area, to the point that 2/3 of your matches are gonna be against Lingering Soul based decks, perhaps I could see that. But I think Pyreheart Wolf can solve the very problem you have with Lingering Souls. That and you can simply use Mortars from a sideboard to deal with that, as well as your Flames of the Firebrand. I would take out the 2 Loyalists and the 1 of Spark Trooper and Hound and drop one Stonewright and add 3 more Frontline Medic and 2 more Pyreheart Wolf. If you are going to play Pyreheart at all, I would not play 1 and the same is true with the medic.
If you read the post after the deck list. The decklist isn't a final running deck it is a decklist to start testing. Putting 3-4 ofs of cards that we already know are amazing and then 1 ofs for the cards in testing. Please try and understand the post before you comment. Also I will try and be clearer in my posting.
Boros (Red based) 4 Stromkirk noble (House, Pro humans, wins games by itself) 3 Stonewright (Mana sink, great with first strikers) 2 Legion loyalist (Better lategame, token dodger+Trample+First strike) 4 Ash Zealot (House, flashback killer, First strike, Haste) 2 Truefire paladin (Mana sink, Pump, first strke, Vigilance) 3 Lightning Mauler (Great with the whole curve, Grants Haste) 4 Boros reckoner (Can’t be gotten rid of very easily, 3/3 first striker probably a 2 for 1) 1 Frontline medic (Stops X spells, Makes vigilance better) 1 Pyreheart wolf (Blockers? What blocks, Dodges sweepers) 4 Hellrider (Bam damage to your face) 1 Hound of Grisselbrand (Dodges sweepers, Good against most creatures in the format) 1 Spark trooper (Bad against first strikers, 12 point life swing, testing in progress) 3 Boros charm (a lot of interactions, auto 4 of) 3 Searing Spear (3 damage at instant speed for 2 mana… what more do you want?) 2 Aurilai’s fury (Helps push damage through, Flexible) 2 Flames of the Firebrand (Flexibility)
This is where I am starting with testing. The 3 slot/4 slot is all meta based still figuring out the 1 slot as well. Don't know whether to go to a 5 slot (Thundermaw hellkite) or not. Sideboard is still in the air. But will consist of some mainboard cards for sure.
Need to chose deck path. Sligh, Midrange, or Aggro control.
Sligh curves out at 4cmc
Midrange curves out at 5-6cmc
Control curves out at 7-8 cmc
Thalia- Is a good sideboard card but will hurt your burn package maindeck. She is good to bring in against heavy spell decks (control, enchantment based, etc)
The basic boros shell is going to be very strong coming up.
I think that Naya or RWb aggro will be the new aggro deck. Naya has green for ramp so we can just pack the deck full of on curve threats will taking a Cmc slot for a ramp turn. RWb will have the best removal package/options and use tricks to blindside the opponent for the win. I am very excited about using the 6/1 lifelink, trample, haste guy should be fun.
This is where I went. People seem to be stuck in the 1-2 color aggro mindsets when we will have all 10 shocklands available and 10 more duals. That is a TON of mana flexibility and speed. I think Blind Obedience is more of a sideboard card than a mainboard option for a more mid range type deck. The above list aims at just throwing out cheap 1cmc creatures early then adapting to the gamestate with charms and powerful spells. Lightning maulers set up our 1-3-4 cmc creatures to hit a turn faster though not being that great later game. The deck has enough tech to deal with all archtypes while still supplying a fast beat down. Immortal Servitude for 1 or 2 can with just one 3-4cmc creature on the board is very scary. Very flexible and fast deck.
What do you guys think? The Sideboard was just thrown together. Not a sligh.dec but still very fast using battalion and the 4cmc slot to stabilize the life totals or blow them out.

I the black splash offers more removal options. A naya human beatdown is also something I would love to try and put together but I think that Boros with Black will be a lot scarier and can actually react to any situation (other than mill who we just race).
The Battalion mechanic is crucial to the deck allowing it to lightning helix, trample+first strike, indestructible when needed.
10-12 one drops are a great starting place. If you are going to curve out at hellrider run 4 and 22-23 land (I like running 23 land) so that you see one every game and you can cast him turn 4-5 with natural land drops. I also find running 2 conscripts at 23 land is very doable and sideboard an extra land if I need to raise my curve post sideboard to say (3-5) 5 drops or some more 3 drops.
For the one drop argument. Please stop beating your heads against your keyboards...
Stromkirk noble
Pros- Awesome 1st turn play, Can take games by itself.
Rackdos cackler
Pros- 2nd best 1st turn play, 2/2 for 1 what more do we want?
Stonewright
Pros- Fantastic Mana sink that allows us to have play against GW game 1
Still a 1 drop so fills up the curve.
Vexing devil
Pros- 4 damage burn spell if you need to use up mana on a turn or trades with a card for 1 mana. Great to combo with Brimstone volley turns 4-6. Oh and it cost 1 mana.
Play with Blood Artist...it is amazing even if it look like poo on paper... Highborn ghoul is the other option that seems good. Olivia is what we want to go big with IMHO because if we get to untap with her it's pretty much GG. I find that running Sign in blood is just a waste of mana most of the time. so I cut it out and just went straight up burn/bump and it has worked awesome for me. Also having only 3 Guildgates is enough to find that 1 red source often enough (Well i haven't had a problem getting a red source when I need it in 12+ games so far) also the CiTP portion isn't that much of an issue since you can most like find a way to use the mana or drop it on a turn that is least impacted. (Turn 2 just dropping 1 1drop instead of 2 isn't that big on an issue).
Bump in the Night...Can you say reach? It fills out your turns manawise in the early part of the game and if you hit 6 mana they come back for 3 more damage! YEAH sign me UP. Love this card.
Hi guys, i've been lurking for some time on this primer. I'm very much a fan of RDW since Zendikar Goblin Guide where I started playing competitively. Here is my current list:
Credit to the people in here for having a such list, i've pretty much copied it from here. My experience with it was just limited against Bant Control deck that my pal was playing and god it was disappointing, Terminus, Entreat the Angels, Supreme Verdict, Thragtusk, Tamiyo and Jace, all we're giving me headaches but I believe there's hope.
We've played 5 matches and I just won just once at the back of a Knight of Infamy pumped up by Stonewright. The match-up was very difficult and I'm looking for some game plan post-board that I think people here can help?
I think Control is the deck's hardest match-up, considering if they really want to tune their deck to beat aggro. Aside from a Control deck, I think RDW / RakDW is the best aggro deck today. It has more than 50/50 chance against other aggro or midrange decks on the field, and it jumps at a higher percentage post-board.
Thank you guys for a having a space for me in here.:)
Archwing Dragon is pretty good at killing Control since they can't deal with it
Dodges.... Tammy, Terminus, Verdict, (Aka that whole deck other than Entreat) Just have to watch out for Counters and if you have a Cavern your good to go.
I like the plan Archwing dragon, Conscripts, Slaughter games (naming Entreat) for post sideboard.
Thoughts?
Also Olivia should be awesome against GW. Slaughter Games naming Selesnia Charm and you should be able to have a massive unkillable threat.
I think that is about 85-90% of the meta including us atm. Frites seems to be playing the lifegain>lingering souls>Unburial path atm
I think we should talk about Slaughter Games and what to remove against certain decks because it isn't obvious. Pretty much we want to remove the cards that interact with us while being able to interact and do dirty things to them. Olivia is our trump card.

+1-2 stonewright/Devil depending on what you want your curve to look like/how much Control/GW is in your meta.
Rakdos shred freak is better vs Control
Gore-house Chainwalker is better vs GW
Hellrider is better vs Control
Falkenrath is better vs GW
Conscripts is a beast
Thundermaw is great when faced with a Entreat the Angels or Lingering souls out the butt. Flies over GW.
